Diecast elements in G1 Devastator, Superion and Defensor? Is this offer fair?

sorry if this has been asked, but are there diecast elements to Devastator, Superion and Defensor? If so, we they ever officially released with and without die cast metal?
what do you guys think of $1000 USD for the Superion, Devastator and Defensor giftsets, all 100% complete with boxes and insert styrofoam? Boxes are in c7-8 condition in my opinion, but good for display.

yes, they have dicast peices
1000 bucks for 3?
maybe..
with the hype up since the movie, it's not suprising.
but i wouldn't expect the three to ever be worth much more than a grand.

its tricky, he is knocking nearly $260 off the tag if I buy all 3.
normally all three would be north of $1200

well, that's ridiculous.
they, humbly without too much knowledge, are worth like 250 a piece in box mint.
give or take a bit here and there.
but if he was charging 400 a piece to start out with, personally, i think it's overpriced.
i've seen them as low as 200 before, like last summer.

That is what I offered him, $250 a shot.
I think I might pass, his defensor is the heavy one, he wants close to $600
he is a really heavy seller though, nearly 8000 buys and he only deals vintage tfs.
might be a good idea to wait on it, until the movie hype dies a little.
I will offer him the $750 again.

I agree. I resent him my offer of $250 a shot, I just cant justify a grand for 3 gestalts.
Especially since I just won a complete Menasor with packaging for less than $160
And that seller threw in the dreamwave character profiles book as a bonus!
