All of the ones you have listed have been out (in some cases) for months. Check during the holidays - I'm sure they'll pop up.

Maybe where you live, but down here some of these figures are recent releases and others have had barely a sighting to their name.

Free Float:
The FAB Barricade and Bumblebee have not bee released yet, no dates on when either, but they cannot be too far away as the last wave of FAB's (Blackout, Frenzy and Megatron) have been out for a while now.

The Deluxes you mention have all been out for over a month too, except Concept 08 Bumblebee who was released back in July. They are very popular, Kmart seems to be the best place for Payload, Dropkick and Longarm, whereas Concept Bumblebee and his wave buddies Dreadwing and Arcee are being restocked in many stores as well.

I know of only 3 Voyager Thundercracker sightings/purchases, and only 2 of Rescue Ratchet. Hopefully stores are holding onto these guys for release closer to Christmas.

Keep your eyes peeled, Transformers are very popular at the moment, and they do not stay on the shelves for long. You can use The Australian Sightings Thread to help locate figures closer to you.
