MP Starscream Pilot figure

With MP-03 and the MP Wal-Mart Starscream it comes with a pilot and I was wondering if they were supposed to be any specific character, and if so who, or if there is any story behind them at all?

He was a mad scientist with a metal braincap-looking thing.
His name escapes me, but he is from the show.

I'm actually preparing to paint my dr. archeville that came with my MP SS. The paint job on him is horrible, and a nice detailed paint would match him with SS better. I'll post pics when he's done.

i lost the megatron clip the second i opened the bag and found it a day later in my trash can!
