Okay, I am trying to transform this guy from bot to jet and I can't seem to get his head to go under the the part between the shoulders on the back. It just doesn't seem possible. What am I missing? Could I possibly have a defective SS? Please help!

On mine I have to either bend his head forward or backwards to get it through. If it's sitting like he is looking straight forward it gets stuck. So I just push it forward like he is putting his chin to his chest and it works.

Put the head as far back as you can.
