Its says 100% original, but theres something about the head :-?

Oh that is the very rare version of Abominus that came with an Ultra magnus head. These were only released in the very last few Abominus gift sets that were issued as they ran out of the actual Abominus head. So obviously they chose to include the last of the un-painted Ultra Magnus heads that they had left over.
