From what I hear, it's pretty bad. Which is a shame. Because Thunderclash, the original figure that came from that mold is a REALLY bloody good toy. Machine Wars Prime has apparently been robbed of the freakin' sweet Multi-fire gimmick Thunderclash had. I love thta gimmick on Thunderclash, because he's the only character I've ever seen a rapid fire gimmick on! (G2 Dreadwing doesn't count. That's not RAPID fire.)

Its the truth, I have a thunder clash and he is awesome.

I dont know why the felt the need to repaint him as prime, doesnt even have a mouthguard.

One of the few times that Europe was treated to an great exclusive.

If he had a new head sculpt, more like G-1 Prime, and classic Prime colors in a repaint he would be very cool!

Seeming as it's about the only one I don't have(barring this years Takara's releases), I'd have to say yes!

Beast Wars Rampage has a good rapid fire gimmick, but sadly only with 3 rockets.

I think he's crappy as is, repaint him and give him PM Prime's head or something!.. that would look cool.. I can digibash it so you can see what it might look like if you want me to??

The figure sucks. The trailer is one of the best Prime trailers. I don't have Thunderclash, so I can't comment on supposed rapid-fire or lack thereof.

Yeah, the worst part about it is people just look at it, say it doesn't look like Prime, and it's an arseish figure, and be all 'No, that mold sucks." Which sucks in itself, because as I said, as someone who owns Thunderclash, it's actually a good toy.

MW Prime's trailer is my favorite, though I think the figure itself is utter trash, mostly because his articulation is piss poor. I'm not too found of his sculpting in general however.

I do like Thunderclash's paint scheme a bit better, but it in no way improves my veiw on the figure.

Machine wars Prime is great. Maybe I feel this way because he is the only prime I own with a cab, (and to imagine I‘ve been buying transformers since Beast wars) but I simply love this figure.
If you don’t like MW Prime, Classics Prime/Ultra Magnus can use the cannon pretty well.

I wish the rapid-fire gimmick had been left intact but I still think it's a nice figure. Personally I think it would have made a great Ultra Magnus. Perhaps a Hybrid-style version would work. Why not? It has a fantastic trailer/battle platform, it could have good articulation if done right, is simple enough that the small size wouldn't compromise the design, and it just looks neat. Sure it's probably the most obscure Prime but wouldn't that increase the appeal of an updated version?[/b]
