I looked for a review for him here but everyone who has submitted one did one for Leader Prime, at least thats all I've found anyway. I just got him and I personally like the toy, but what do you guys think? is he a better buy than Leader Prime?

he's skinnier like the movie bot, but i prefer the Leader class hands down, he's the best

For the price he is alot of fun, not only that but he is a very detailed different transformation from Leader(who does rock).

You can do alot of fun poses with those guns too.

He's ok. The paint lets the whole toy down though. So does the huge back pack. LDR class owns it hands down.

I Find It A Closer Resemblance To Movie Prime (Minus The Back Pack Which Can Be Taken Off With Some Minor Customizing) Sure Its Not Leader Class Size But The Proportions Are More Accurate.

Movie Voyager Prime pales in comparison to Leader Prime, but then again, so does every other figure in the movie line. Leader Prime is awesomeness to the 9th degree.

However, under its own merit, Voyager Prime is a very good, very entertaining figure. I like how its not just a miniature version of Leader Prime, but a Transformer with its own transformation process and own character. He is very poseable, actually far more than Leader Prime and the driver who exits through a back panel when you open the driver side door is a very neat touch.

The negatives? His Automorph is a little unwieldy, IMO, and takes some trial and error to get back in place when transforming to alt mode and I think the smokestack guns are a little goofy, but it doesn't bother me that all that much. I think the hoopla surrounding the "backpack" is a bit overplayed and not much of a detriment.

Most important: what do you think of the figure you just got your hands on?

He ain't bad, the backpack is not a huge deal, it does not really affect the figure in any negative light.

He is a good figure, without ever being great, decent articulation, easy transformation. Worth the purchase, even though he is only my 3rd favourite Movie Voyager figure.

I think it is a good figure, I just wish the front grill in it's vehicle mode was the same one as in it's robot mode, like in the movie. Other than that its a nice figure.
