You can't be serious. BBTS is quite possibly the biggest and best online toy retailer in existence. Sure, some of their prices are high for high-demand items but making a blanket statement like yours is pretty silly.

Oh don't be too quick to judge.
My personal experiences with them have proven that they're reliable overall, and dependable, but not without their faults. By any means...
1.) Their stock levels, are on occasion, terrible.
2.) They'll push a preorder back or completely remove it without notifying you whatsoever.
3.) Their prices are ridiculous on some items, and you can tell it goes well beyond normal prices.
4.) Their shipping is outrageously expensive, beyond customs charges, especially if you're an international customer.
5.) Their sales that pop up from time to time generally have okay prices, but what they don't tell you is that a lot of the stuff on sale isn't just overstock, but subpar and slightly damaged or opened packaging.
Will they stand by what they've sold you? Sure.
Will they correct a problem, if possible? Sure.
Are they legitimate and one of the more respectable? Sure.
I'll give 'em that. However, after being loyal customers for years, we should come to expect slightly better service than this.
I'm not saying people shouldn't deal with 'em. (Heck, I just did) But I do think people should be well educated about it before spending their hard earned money.
If you don't have to pay BBTS prices, good for you.
If you don't have to pay their ridiculous shipping costs, (which will change again, I guarantee it) good for you.
They're good, no doubt.
There are alternatives to them, however. BBTS isn't perfect, people need to remember that.
