Be Honest! Do you play with em?

I've lost much of my creativity I had as a kid, so I don't really play with my TF other than the occasional sound effects and soaring around.

GIJOEs I totally do. Which sux because they are becoming expensive and treated like collectors, I just want to play with them. Now I feel like I need to collect them and treat them better.

I wish they would bring back the CORPS. the closest articulation to GIJOE and were nice and cheap

I like microman but they are just too nice to play with!

If you mean play by bashing them with each other then no.. If you mean transforming them and making noises and imagining battle scenes then yes..

i'm too scared of loosening the joints, so i just hold em up, stare at em, and let my imagination run wild. Heck, I barely transform them. =X

I can spend hours transforming my figures back and forth.
and if i get a new figure, i can spend half a day with him...

Mine get transformed once a month or so. I moved right before the movie line came out and I've yet to set up my shelves in the new place so I haven't opened a lot of figures since there's no where to put them right now.

I don't really play with my collection, though I do spend alot of time transforming them. Though I have tried drawing my own little comic strip based around my collection, but what I would like to do is get the photoshopping skills to actually use my collection in a comic

I play around with em, making weird sound FX, and bashing out the Autobots sparks. Occasionaly i break a peice... or lose a missile. I broke Grapple in this process.

I lost my re-issue SKywarp's landing gear, so he stays in robot mode for now :P

Difficult to say.

"Mature manhood: that means to have found again the seriousness one had as a child–in play.” Nietzsche

I LOVE transforming some of mine, especially MP Starscream. Leader Prime as well. Other than that, I like setting them up in arrangements around my office/den/war room. I'm a writer, so it helps when I can't pull something out to look around and imagine scenes, or what not. Starscream sits on my computer, and when I'm really under deadline, he points a finger at me with that sneer. "Work, damn you!"

Okay, now I feel exposed.

Bye

If you play with them too much you'll go blind.

But yeah, I play with them. It's kind of what they're made for.

If it is a new release figure and I decide to open it, which is rare these days, I will transform them once and put them out on my display.

I transform them, and pose them. But I don't 'pretend' or make noises or anything... unless I am playing with my son. :P

Yes I display them ,and I play with them at times. But I don't transform the g1's much due to their joints getting loose due to too much transforming. I don't have gi joe figures though.

I transform them often (like I would with a Rubik Cube), but I don't play with them.

Unfortuneately, I cannot find any good reasons for dudes to "fight", but I do almost constantly take a random guy off the shelf or from the box.

It's actually pretty fun to pull out a random guy you haven't touched for awhile and pose away.

Oh, and Energon Deluxes, fantastic fun, love powerlinking  .

That really depends on your definition of play, if your definition of play is to bang them together, then I have never played with a toy in my entire life, if your definition of play is to pose them, make battle scenes and such, then yes, I play with them about every day.

The only figures I can recall breaking were a couple of my brothers G.I.Joes when I was four if I recall (but when I got movie Thundercracker I took those bands and fixed one. ) and my Energon Starscremes forearm broke, but that’s more than likely because he was (and still is) my favorite figure out of a collection that spans over a couple hundred figures.
