TF figure you wished you didn't purchase?

Just kidding, had to say it for a lot of people.

For me I haven't actually regretted purchasing any one figure per se. Rather there are some that I wish I'd only bought ONE because I'm now moving towards just buying what I really like to play with, the rest keeping MISB.

That being said...

armada sideswipe.. his robot mode is just URGGhh..

i only buy the figures i like. so,never had any regret feeling with what i've bought.

Galaxy Force Runabaout.. Its robot mode is horrible...

Armada SideSwipe, and SmokeScreen. Cybertron OverRide(drive I forget which it is).

They suck, but I am happier knowing that they do than wondering what if?

Stupid Best Buy Megatron. I waited outside Best Buy before they opened to make sure I got one, only to find out later that the leader class was getting the same repaint. So now I have a tiny, poorly designed Decepticon leader.

I don't really regret any Transformers I have bought......yet. The future will show if that will remain true!

Alternators Rumble, it was a waste of $20

Tit Rodimus, he just looks to stupid for me.
His strangely placed head, his chest that stands out to much to the front.

As part of the tf Movie Premium line, Leader Megatron is getting a slight head remold(?) and and paint scheme similar to BB Megs.

SS gets the same thing. Glad I waited.




I regret buying:

Armada Sideswipe, Hot Shot, Red Alert, Scavenger and Smokescreen.

Ultimate Bumblebee...he is too big for my apartment. I sold him a few weeks ago.

RID Landfil

Only bought him on discount for $6 at Walmart but I hated the way they combined. Ended up trying to blow him up with various fireworks though in the end I just scorched and melted him a bit. Ah well

G1 quickswitch - Six ugly brick-like modes, I owened him for four days before re-selling him.

Most of the TF Universe figs I got from Family Dollar (just too small...) Also Movie Leader Megs, for the aforementioned reasons.

Movie Megs' alt mode pisses me off so much! Not because of what it is; I think an alien jet fighter is kick-arse. I hate it because none of the figs except the Legends Class could get it right. Voyager has too much ice, and Leader has too much legs.

doest really count but its the remake swoop, i paid too much for it and despite it being a reasonably well made KO the figure ist really all that great anyway, and thats despite the other 4 dinos being amongst my favourite toys period.

Ive bought others i then started to dislike (funny how some grow on you and others you start to hate, rather like music)but i'll then sell them on, im keeping hold of the swoop for now as id lose a good $50 if i resold that now.

If I had to pick one it would be auto jetter from the Takara BW repaints.

Automorph gimmick makes the thing very loose and floppy.

I try and avoid any Sonoking releases too, I know they are an official Takara distributor but in general, the products are not as good as the Takara original releases.

Movie Payload and Cybertron Skywarp caused my heart to drop with disappointment after I transformed them into their respective bot modes the 1st time.

Wow, never seen someone so disappointed with the classics line, it's usually received so well...

That being said, I usually do my homework before buying anything, so Im not terribly disappointed in any of my purchases, but my most disappointing one would have to be movie barricade. Sure his car mode looks fantastic, but to me its a little disappoiting when that's all you want to display a transformer in.
