My Review And Pics of FAB Ironhide!

Vehicle mode:
This is not the toy's strogest point. Ironhide transformers into a black GMC truck. It seems kind of blocky, and like a Playskool toy. Paint apps are quite good, I must admit. Who are we kidding. No one is going to buy this toy for its vehicle mode!
Bot mode:
The robot mode is where this toy really shines! Paint apps are wonderful. Ironhide looks really tough, and imposing. He honestly looks like he can beat the slag out of all of your other toys! Being the complete opposite of the vehicle mode, bot mode is extremely detailed and well painted! In bot mode Ironhide is as big as a deluxe, possibly a bit bigger! Articulation, though, is slightly better than a G1 toy. But this is compensated for by the awe inspiring look of the toy.
Overall:
This is one of my absolute favorite Transformers! Yes, the toy has it's problems, but the sheer awesomeness of the bot mode is undeniable! Because of the articulation problems it is practicly impossible to do too much more than display it. So, unless you are a five year old, this is a perfect buy!
