Star Wars Transformers: Cody, Luke and more

I saw in my ToyFare yesterday that one of the new Star Wars Transformers is Commander Cody who turns into a Turbo Tank.

So I went looking for photos. And sure enough.

The Cody figure actually looks awesome. I may have to get this guy.

Also it looks like theres a Luke Skywalker who turns into a Snowspeeder, and a AT-AT Driver who turns into an AT-AT.

The new SWTFs look great. It's the only line where I collect the repaints/remolds too.

Let's not even kid ourselves...the first few releases sucked balls. Crappy quality, questionabile designs.

These however, look downright kick-ass.

Probably because Cody is better known... And turbo tanks could be anywhere not just Kasyykkkk, well, they wouldn't work too well on Bespin I guess.

I want to see more AT AT photos.

Actually how do you use a Turbo Tank on Utapau with the main action going on in a giant hole?:P

Well as we've seen from Clone Wars, Cody wasn't just on Utapau. :P

I was wondering, if Transformer Vader becomes the Death Star, and the Death Star is the size of a small moon, what would happen if he ever went toe- to -toe with Unicron? Who do you think would win?

Well, since Unicron is only a head right now  ...And with the Light Saber, even if he weren't just a head right now, Vader could rectify that quickly.

Wrong.

Seconded.

It's not even the best planetformer ever, and it's only got two unreleased Unicrons, a released Unicron, a reapint of said Unicron and Primus for competition.
Of the released planetformers, the Deathstar looks like easily being the worst.

Which seems to be the tradition with Star Wars TFs. They are interesting robots, and of course, the vehicles are great, but when you stack them up against TRANSFORMERS they have a hard time comparing...

I've seen a lot of threads about Top Ten TF lists, and I can say with pretty good certaintly that a Star Wars TF never breaks in...

I think it will be cool to have a Death Star, but it's kind of a boring planet toy when you think about it compared to the highly-detailed Cybertron, and the uber badassness of Unicron and his mandibles!

Death Star may be better than the original planned Unicron toy, especially the one that is just a big balloon...

I dunno.... at least unicron's robot mode made sence... Death Star should not equal Darth Vader...

For those who don't know that artwork was done by Prowler974 who used to post on this board

I'm wondering if Hasbro was inspired by the artwork because it looks a little like the toy
