Which alternate form from all of the series was the worst.

Worst? Well, if you include Cy-Kill, he winds hands down. Otherwise, I say Cybertron Menasor.

Cybertron Menasor hands down has the worst Alt mode.

His Robot mode, however, totally cool.

Hey! I like that one for some reason!

Mind you dont have to go far to find a truely horrible alt mode, seeing as Cyb Metroplex is from the same planet...

If you were going for the most 'would never work in real life' alt mode, then I'd agree with Menasor, but Metroplex is SOOO much uglier.

Also, e ironhide has a crap alt mode thanks to the 'look ma it's me in here' head...

And RM Convoy and Classics Ultimate Battle Prime hardly have brilliant interpretations of the Prime alt mode.

I actully quite like his alt mode. It's pretty damn usless, but it looks good. Some of the Energon and Armada altmodes were pretty poor IMO.

Oops, I forgot I had already answered this thread, lol.

Read the sig rules, mate.

And to answer your question, I would have to say the Galaxy Force Gigolonia characters blew hard in my book. Cool looking robot modes are one thing, but crappy alts are just lame. Titanium War Within Megs appears to have a terrible alt form too, as does movie megs.

Good one, Blot was pretty weak. The terrorcons in general were nothing to write home about.

I gunno, Hun-Grr has a pretty cool alt mode. And for a G1 he's remarkably poseable, too.

True, however, this was about the time when TFs started looking very plasticy and too little kids toy-like to me, a trend which I see over and over in most of the lines since then, which personally turned me off to them.

I know, but somehow, the first few series of G1 never felt that toy like to me. Does that make sense? >.> Like, they weren't cheap, plasticy feeling. They have always been more like little models of the real thing to me.

I wholeheartedly agree. The metal and the rubber tires really added that feeling of class. It's hard to find that same feeling today, unless if you buy a diecast model...

Longtooth. If you lost the rear part it was just a robot with broken legs.

Mini-Con Knockout. Lose the rear part and you're effed. Have you any idea how ridiculous it feels to only have HALF a Mini-Con??
