I got my Blackout on Friday but since we left to go to coast con I never had the opportunity to post the pix.. So here he is.

His alt mode is really big though.

Great figure, but the colours don't work for me... the blue is just too bright, when the real copter is a very dark blue, bordering on grey/black.

And those white Mickey Mouse hands look ridiculous... it looks like he should be driving a steamboat not killing autobots...

Wow, I though Coast Con was shut down years ago. It's nice to know it's still going on.

Before Katrina hit and I had to move up here ( Tennessee ) I used to go every year up until about 99.

I thought the Hotel was destroyed though.

The hotel we stayed in was rebuilt

The con was at the Arena convention center in the back.

Wait so is that entire tail rotor section hanging off his back in the first few pics supposed to be his weapon? I thought it was bad when I first saw it a few weeks ago and thought it just stayed on his back but this just seems like a lack of imagination and thought for the actual transformation.

Yup, it is removable. I just leave it on his back because he looks better.

Wow Im not sure if I like it more or less knowing its removable. I think this is the first TF toy I have ever hated. That said I will still buy it because Im OCD like that :p

Looks fantastic. I love the alt mode.

Blackout alone is average (blame the gimmick), but combined with deluxe Scorponok, he will be a whole lot of fun.
