I have to say, at risk of pissing off a sponsor, that BBTS isn't as good as it used to be 2 years ago. I mean, the delivery is still good, and the product and service are there, but they've started to really jack up their prices. They used to have the best deals around, and now I can find better deals on at least four other sites. I understand they want to make money, but some of the mark-ups are rediculous. Just look at the G1 section at how much they charge for an MIB Jetfire. I got one off ebay no less, for 117 dollars cheaper, the box is in better shape, the stickers were unapplied, and it's a Matsushiro Jetfire.

Yah. They used to get some good business from me a few years ago. Then they jacked the shipping up, the way they packed the items was changed to a good better best system and it does seem like they hike their prices up a little too far. I'll take my chances on ebay most of the time now. And even then, I'll try to find what I want in another store with better prices.
Plus living in WI, I was subject to sales tax, and I was still buying from them. I haven't bought anything there in years.
I miss the days of a flat rate $4.99 shipping, guaranteed mint BBTS.

I opened a BBTS account yesterday and made a purchase of moderate expense.
So far, everything seems excellent and I hope to be ordering more product from them in the future.

agreed..What keeps me shopping there is the pile o loot feature along with not having to pay for preorders until they arrive...i still can't believe the loose incomplete 00prime reissue for $175..

I've had nothing but problems from BBTS. A few years ago, I ordered GI Joe DTC wave 3 off them on preorder...it was over the customs limit for the UK, but I still got it, cause they'd put it as a gift and "over" priced it.
I bought a TFC 05 and a Hasbro CS PM Prime off them recently...it cost me $115 plus $35 shipping to the UK and I can't get it, cause how much I've ordered is well over the customs limit. This is the 3rd parcel thats been refused to me, because its over the customs limit and they haven't put it as a gift
They also haven't paid me back the the £299 they owe me for taking back the parcels and they promised me a refund. Overall, my experiences and overall thoughts of BBTS have dropped dramatically where I now believe they should be avoided at all costs
