Is the THS-02 Hybrid Style Convoy a worthy figure?

If it offers both solid articulation and G1 stylings, the figure seems to be a worthy purchase at the price, although the protruding cab windows in truck mode are a bit odd.
What is the general opinion of this figure? I'd be chiefly using it for display.
At 1/4 the price of the G1 Prime reissue, it seems that the protruding windows could be overlooked if $150 could be saved.

If you keep it in Robot mode, it is well worth it.
But not only is it a pain to transform into truck mode, IMO it doesn't look that good.
Robot mode is awesome though. More articulation that the MP Prime, and hey, you get a trailer!

For 50-60 bucks where can you go wrong with a convoy figure?
Also for a figure 3 inches he has great articulation, awesome detail, and a trailer to boot. IMO I don't think the alt. mode is that bad, and the bot mode does make me drool from time to time. Also don't forget his accesories: Jetpack, Roller with moveable wheels, G1-esqu gun, and display stand for damned cool poses. Buy it if you get the chance. I am still awaiting my THS-02b verison, I like ths that much. Now if they would make a megs.

I'll cast my vote for the "yes get him" checkbox.
He is an amazing figure with amzing everythings. I, like MacrossFA19, would love to see a Megatron (or even a Galvatron)

I bought mine at last years AnimeExpo for $35.00 and I have to admit, the toy is more impressive to look at in the box. Once it was out, the thing was so flimsy and delicate that I wound up boxing it back up and gave it to a co-worker for a x-mas present.
IMO, not worth it.

Hmm not everyones cup-o-tea, but man you prolly could have sold it for more then you bought it for. It was almost at $200 in Toronto by the time the second wave hit.
