Woah! Boss man, you gotta give yourself a break! Eat a sandwich and get some rest while we look at your galleries.

I'm not really digging either of these figures. Sorry, it's just me.

On the other hand, I'm staring at The fallen and trying to find a bad point about it... and failing utterly.

I'm SERIOUSLY considering getting two - one to keep as is, and one to repaint as Bludgeon. :D

*Gasp* Dude, I have gotta have The Fallen. Cheetor is also pretty cool. But really Ryan, take a break. You & Hot Rod need one. Still, I wouldn't mind if you did a Fort Max gallery.........lol

I'm glad that you guys are enjoying all of the hard work that the staff puts into the site. On that note, I am far from being done with this most recent gallery push. I have about 100 galleries on my laptop that I need to finish that I've started during the past 6 months. I've been slacking! Plenty more on the way from yours truly. Rumble, Airazor, Astrotrain, his respective Mini-Cons, Titanium WW Megatron and Titanium Ultra Magnus are all on their way. Hopefully in the next weekend or two I'll have a chance to lock myself up in my apartment to start knocking out some of the older galleries that I've been putting off for a while. Remember my post back in December about the upcoming Combaticon and Aerialbot galleries??? Remember my goal to hit 1,095 galleries by January 4th? I might have missed that goal ... that just means that I need to hit around 1,185 galleries by April 4th. If you take the 100 galleries that are about 1/2 finished, I could be there in the next few weeks but I don't think I'll get quite that far.

I think the first 21 pics of the Fallen are kind of odd. I know you switched to the white after doing those pics, I just would have expected to use white all the way through the Fallen's gallery just because of the whole black on black thing.

It actually works though. I dunno if you were going for the creepy bot thing these pictures had going for them, but it's actually a good thing imo.

Those first 21 pics are from way back when Seibs actually recieved the figures. I like them better on the white, brings out more detail. I see you also couldn't get rid of Cheetors tail. I was really really let down with that. Uber let down as were.

Hate to nit pick, but it's just "Fallen" and not "The Fallen" This Fallen and the much Dream Wave The Fallen are far and wide from each other... that goes down as the nerdiest thing I've ever said...

But seriously, awsome job boss. I should have my Magnus and WW Megs in about a week from the snail, I can't wait for those.

Well it says "Fallen" on the box and "The Fallen" on the display base, so I guess it's up for debate what his name actually is.

But you are right, this figure of the character is actually quite different from the way it was drawn in the comics.

Cheetor is suprisingly good, with a great alt-mode, and an excellent bot mode(with great articulation for a Titanium).

Fallen actually pisses me off, while he has his good points(very heavy, nice bot mode, good articulation, great head sculpt), his tank mode treads were horribly, lazily done. They just flop around in alt mode...there should have been more to it than that.

can't wait to see the The Fallen show up in stores. I really love the War Within stuff. Only thing i'm still not crazy on is the fists are really blocky, but I knew that from the pictures we saw earlier of it.

Does this toy of the Fallen mean that the Fallen is considered a canonical character?

Ooo good eye! I have the figure and to be honest I didn't notice it on the name plate. #-o

... I deserve that comment. It was waaaay to nerdy. :P The difference to me is the look of the character. Almost feels like this is IDWs version of The Fallen as opposed to DW.

Chief, take all the time you need to get those galleries up. You have some great figures there! BW Insecticon is my second favorite Basic, ever. He's up there with Armorhide, on my list.

i like how they paired one of the first 'experiments' of transformers designs by primus and the last evolution of the transformers together. :)

The Cheetor gallery is fantastic. The figure....meh. I don't really like Transformers that barely transform. It's one of the problems I had with Beast Machines.

The Fallen has really grown on me. I ordered mine and it should be here in a couple of days. It'll be interesting to compare to the Energon Bruticus tanks.

I'm not sure Hasbro is at all concerned about canon ;)

It is. The original The Fallen was drawn by Pat Lee for Dreamwave and has since been slightly re-done by Don Figueroa for IDW. And since Don is also now directly involved with designing ALL of the War Within titanium figures (as well as the G1 Scourge, Rodimus Prime & Ultra Magnus titaniums), it makes sense that what he did for The Fallen would follow his own version rather than Pat Lee's.

Pat Lee's original version was decent, but poorly thought-out when it came to actual transformation. Don, on the other hand, is not only a freakishly good artist but also has a natural sixth sense for being able to design (or modify the designs of existing) characters in a way that can directly translate into toy forms should Hasbro want them to... rather than the other way around where the toy usually comes first. All of his War Within stuff was created from the get-go to be functional toys if the opportunity ever arose (which it did thankfully), and just look at what he managed to think up for G1 Rodimus & Magnus. Over 20 years later, we finally have versions of these characters that are accurate single-piece molds that still look like the way they were depicted in the cartoons & comics.

Hehe, sorry for the Don F. worship here - I just want the guy to get as much credit as he deserves :) He's proven that he is not only one of, if not THE, best TF artists out there, but now he's able to take his talents to the next level and give us some of the best figures we've seen yet. I just hope Hasbro gets him involved with making some larger plastic versions of characters as well, and not keeping him stuck just doing 6" Titaniums.

Sweet galleries. Now I really want to get the Fallen. I was thinking about passing on Cheetor, but not anymore.
