New checklist inside G1 Magnus box has Grimlock and Skywarp listed as upcoming 6" figures.

I didn't know this, but again, if this is old news, ignore XD

Yeah, slightly old news. The Skywarp's going to be a War Within repaint, and Grimlock will be his War Within version as well, but there's no images yet.

Hells yeah to the full War Within Seekers set, and a WWI Grimlock should be awesome!

Might as well add just incase anyone doesn't know here are the 6" Titaniums yet to be released...

Due sometime in May...

WW Ultra Magnus
WW Sunstorm

Unconfirmed dates and no images...

Soundblaster (Soundwave repaint)
Prowl (G1 or WW?)
Primal Prime (Optimal Optimus repaint)
WW Grimlock
WW Skywarp

Of these without seeing images Grimlock and Prowl could be sweet. And I would prefer Primal Prime's paint scheme over Optimal Optimus.

Totally want Grimlock. and Skywarp.

Primal Prime not so muhc, as i already have Optimal Optimus.

Prowl is a must if they do him right.

And Maybe Soundblaster, just for the paint scheme.

I hope that Prowl is War Within.

When they make the Grimlock War Within, I hope he is large in size like the Titanium version of Ultra Magnus. It helps that they have a little scale involved.

Soundblaster, not looking forward to quite as much, but since we are supposedly getting a Ravage with him that may make it worth the purchase. Skywarp will be nice to have so I don't need to make my own.

I'm certainly hoping the Prowl will be war within. Bet we'll get Blue(Silver)streak and Smokescreen repaints too. When you think of it, its a wonder they dont take advantage of the Prowl/Bluestreak/Smokescreen repaint potential more often.

I wish the WWI Seekers would all be slightly remolded as all 3 were slightly different in the comics. But none the less I am excited to have all 3 and well...the Sunstorm repaint.

Hells yeah to the Seekers. I was happy that they are doin Sunstorm, but now we get Skywarp, cool. Primal Prime is good too, seeing as I never got Optimal Optimus.

I was really surprised by Optimal Optimus, he's one of my favorites. I never really cared for the regular BW figure, but the Titanium is pretty alright.

Did they ever create a Primal Optimal Optimus Prime?

I suspect you mean a Primal Prime figure. And yes they did. its a recolor in red translucent plastic of Optimal Optimus I believe he was released in the Beast Machines line..

Optimal Optimus: (Yellow and Blue, of which we have the titanium figure)

Primal Prime: (Red and Blue, of which apparently we re getting a titanium figure of.):

All 3 WW seekers in the titanium line but only 2 in the classics line..
Unfair.

I do want to see Grimmy though.

I feel it should be called something else entirely. It rhymes with crap. No wait, that's what I meant. I can't be positive all the time. :P

I don't think it was the beast machines line. I seem to remember getting Optimal Optimus prior to the beast machines being available. I think he was part of the Transmetals line, if my memory isn't failing me. I got him right at the end of my first college stint circa 10 years ago (or more).

He means Primal Prime was released in Beast Machines. Optimal Optimus did come out in BW (TM2?) but the red repaint (Primal Prime) came out in BM.

aha!

[edit] And now that you mention it, Primal Prime never made an appearance, did he. Was he just an attempt at trying to do more accurate Prime colors for Optimal Optimus? (In my opinion, I didn't mind the altering of the colors for Prime for once.)

Actually, Optimal Optimus was pretty accurate color wise to his onscreen counterpart. And yes he was available for the final parts of BeastWars.

Primal Prime in red, was just to get some more money out of a really large and expensive mold.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I think the dream of going outside in this nice weather is keeping me from being as clear as I should. (74 and sunny in March in Minnesota. Man, I love global warming 8) )

Optimal Optimus was indeed very show accurate for both Primal and later Beast Machines Megatron.

I wondered if Primal Prime was an attempt at making the same mold look more G1 color accurate, and as you said, it makes sense to make more money out of the mold. I didn't remember that color scheme in any of the shows, though by the time Transmetals had come out, I was unavailable to catch the shows regularly, so I don't know who made what appearance in what color (I was wierded out to learn of Black Arachnia's change of heart.)

Primal Prime came out under Beast Machines

Yeah that's what I said Beast Machines, the question was whether he had made an appearance in the show in that color scheme, or was just available as a toy?

Actually, what I find funny is the Tit Op Op isn't really Op at all. It has car and jet modes still but no beasst mode. It's the body Megatron had at the end of Beast Machines!

It should just be called the WW line for cryin out loud!

Fanatical_Magnus you should be happiest of all with this series! 2 Magnus' (Magni?) in one line! That's never happened before! It's finally validation for Magnus as more than just "Othermus Prime". And the G1 one comes out first so what more do you need?
