well I was really impressed with the poseability of Magnus but not so much about the colors, they seem kinda washed out.

Megatron looks good but he seems to have some limited mobility.

I'll be getting them both though they look great. Thanks for the galleries.

Where does Ultra Magnus' rifle go when he is in truck mode?

I couldn't find anywhere for it to go. Maybe it goes somewhere, but I didn't notice anywhere.

The colors might be partially my fault. It's tough to take pictures of a white figure on a white background without the white bleeding. I thought it was more important to show the detail of the figure than trying to darken the colors.

I have two complaints about this version of Ultra Magnus: not enough red was used on him and his head, just like Rodimus', is way too far forward.

Other than that, I really loved this figure. I think it's the most poseable Titanium yet. I was really impressed that they figured out how to make a poseable Ultra Magnus. Mind you, this wouldn't work in any of the main lines because he's not really a functional car carrier. His alt mode, like much of the Titaniums, is pretty weak. But his robot mode is very cool.

I'm kind of so-so on Megatron. The new Megatron goes to show us just how quickly they've improved the Titanium line from the first Megatron that was released last summer. I think the robot mode is pretty good but his tank mode sucks. It seriously looks like Megatron just layed down and that was it.

Overall, I really like these two figures. I usually have a complaint or two over just about every single figure so don't let my comments about influence you to not purchase these figures. If you've enjoyed the Titanium line so far, then you will most likely really enjoy these two as well.

Very nice as usual Ryan. Megatron has a Go-Bot-ish transformation, it seems waaaay to easy. Magnus on the other hand, I can't wait for him. Very sleek. But on Megatron, I think the picture of WWI over G.I. Joe speaks for itself. Love the Titanium series.

I notice there is a square-shaped hole on Magnus' chestplate - does it serve a purpose? And sorry for asking so many annoying questions!

It's a tight fit for the gun handle put I finally got the handle to go in. That's got to be where it goes since the cab can transform back into position and be flush with the backside of the gun.

anyone know the release date of the titanium g1 magnus?

I would imagine the street date is about in a month or so. Has Cheetor or Fallen shown up in stores yet? I'm pretty much buying all of my new figures from BigBadToyStore.com now because it saves me the time I'd spend hunting for figures. On that note, back to the galleries I go ...

Great figure, other than the colors, which are slightly off but otherwise acceptable.

Disappointing that Megs alt mode isn't tighter and more complete. I've been looking forward to his WW figure since before they even announced it, so I'm a little let down. But his bot mode absolutely rules.

As far as Magnus goes, I dunno, there's a LOT of QC complaints over on TF2005 about it, so I'm a bit paranoid. Everything from the truck wheels not lining up properly to the shoulders missles not fitting into their pegs to his arms just dangling when in alt mode, etc. Mine is showing up this week from BBTS and I'm desperately hoping it doesn't have all the same issues that many other people are complaining about.

Great galleries, btw!

Mine has absolutely zero of the problems that you mentioned. Let us know when you get yours.

The washed out look on Magnus didn't seem to be related to the pictures from what I saw.

I agree I didn't like the early titaniums but they really have come around with some much better designs, better paint applications.

My major complaints about Magnus are that he is pearly blue, his head is painted very poorly (and forward on his shoulders, and that his alt mode sucks. I did a mini review on the forum of these two days ago.

Also, I really like Megatron. Sure his alt mode is not the best, but it reminds me of G1 Galvatron. Less of a tank more of a cannon. I haven't looked at the galleries yet, so I'm not sure if you did it, but if you swing the arms down from the main body in alr mode, effectively making two tank treaded props like on G1 Galvatron it is a lot more believeable as a mobile mortar cannon and not necessarily a tank.

Can't Megatron's gun be put on his arm? It looks like there is a hole on his forearm that would be able to hold it. Also, is there any way to store the "shield" on his back without looking rediculous?

Is it just me, or do they have a pearl paint effect? I have my Megatron shipping to me soon, can't wait :)

see I got my magnus last week from toywiz(sorry but is now out of stock.)It rocks, one of my favorite transformers.left are is kind of loose and one of the soulder missles is the same ao the other which is okey and the chest hole plus gun handle really works(proof).
