I am some what angry with hasbrotoyshop.com

I placed an order last night around 10:45PM EST. I wanted to cancel the order because I had noticed on the back of the catalog I recieved in the mail that there was a promo code for free standard shipping. The order I placed had almost $21 in shipping.
There is NO way to cancel the order online. You can email them or call them. I sent them an email at 11:15ish PM (30 minutes after placing the order) because I was going to be in meetings all morning and I had thought that it would be easier for everyone that way.
I just got back into the office and I have recieved this email:
That email was sent at 12:30PM today. Um...The package has not shipped. I don't know what their "shipping process" is but I have never, ever had a shipment actually ship from hasbrotoyshop.com on the next business day - ever! Usually it takes 3-5 business days for it to ship! The order status has not changed online.
At 1:38PM EST I finally got an order comfirmation, not a shipping notification! More than an hour after I am told nothing can be done, I get an order comfiration.
I hate hasbrotoyshop.com. This is the last order I am going to place with them. Their service and shipping both suck.
EDIT: As of 3:20PM EST on 03-27-2007 the order still has not shipped.
I sent them another email today asking what the deal was. This is the responce I recieved.
I guess it takes them a few days to package a few things. Obviously nothing could have been done yesterday to cancel the order.

Packing and Sending Your Return
1. Please use the shipping label that is attached to the invoice.
2. Complete the Return Form that is attached to the invoice. Indicate the action you would like us to take (replacement or refund) and the Reason for Return. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number so that we may contact you if there are delays in processing your return.
3. Pack the items along with the Return Form securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
4. Affix the shipping label securely to the outside of the box.
5. Bring the package to any Post Office or leave for your mail carrier to pick up.
