'Classics' Mini-Cons - G1 or Unicron Trilogy?

I heard profiles recently went up on the OTFCC site for the Classics Mini-Cons, but being and unemployed bum (or actor as we're otherwise known), I cant afford membership.
So can anyone tell me if these little guys are ment to be part of the Classics G1 continuity or the Armada/Energon/Cybertron continuity?

I dunno what they.re ment to be, but there's no way im lumping those POSs with the Classics line... Mind I dont really wanna lump em with Cybertron either...
Oh, and you should say hello in the Offical Disgruntled Brits thread!

They started as Cybertron figures, but never released as such becuase they could not stretch the line. I gather they are Micromasters now

Classics line doesn't make sense. There weren't any minicons in G1, where the classics are meant to be from. The closest would be the Headmasters, Targetmasters, and Powermasters.
Maybe Wheelie...

Classics isn't really a line. The minicons don't have Classics on the packaging. The line is a collection of new figures (The G1 Homages) and left over items like the Cybertron minicons and Reissue Soundwave (who also lacks the Classics mark). Its a filler line, nothing more. They jsut used a similiar style of packaging for all the figures, and put Classics on the deluxe and voyager class homage figures.
And though this probably sounds strange I think I'd prefer that the leaders never be much above voyager size again. Prime and Megs are the perfect size in my opinion.

Guys. He's asking this question based on the exclusive bios on the Collector's Club website, not whether they're too crappy to be included as Classics or that whole chestnut about how "together" all the recent Classics figures are as a continuity.
To at least answer part of this question, I know for a fact that the four random Classic Mini-Cons that were included as a bonus with later Primus figures at Wal-Mart got specific Collector's Club bios. Some of them even have older names on the Primus-included instructions (from their days as potential Cybertron releases?), which the bios use to separate those identical Mini-Cons from their Classic counterparts.
Unfortunately, not being a member myself, I haven't had the opportunity to obtain more information myself, aside from the selection of some of the teams receiving these bios (the GF-exclusive Platinum and Hellflame teams, for example).

My fault for not reading the whole thing:)
The ones that have a bio up so far are all in the Unicorn Trilogy universe.

Yup, thats what I wanted to know, cheers dude.
I'm kinda a G1 completest and view Alternators and Classics as a continuation of it, so if they were new G1 characters I would be getting them.
As for them being crappy figures, G1 already has things like the Throttlebots, so I could live with it.
Looks like I wont be buying them afterall though. Anyone want a Demolition Team? lol

Or the Micromasters.
Tentagil, question: do any of the Classics have "Classics" on the packaging? I can't see it on mine. They just say, "Robots in Disguise".

Top of Jetfire's box...I'll look at Grimlock next...
[edit]
Look at the left side of the pic where it says, "Classic Deluxe"
Now to check a minicon team...
[edit2] Well, there's words on the minicon packaging, but there isn't a clear pic in the galleries here to see what they say. I'll have to look when I get home.
The legends, however, do have a pic. And the minicons have words in the same location.

I'm
almost certain they only say Voyager on mine, but I'll check tonight. I only have Voyagers from this line.

I checked the Optimus and Megatron galleries, and "Classic" is there also. Now, the two packs (Megs/OP and UM/SW) do not appear to have classics, deluxe, or voyager on them anywhere. *shrug* Maybe you got a packaging error, like an earlier run of the boxes that weren't supposed to be in production.

Or I may just have the same boxes as everyone else! I won't know until tonight.

Just checked the sightings section on Seibs and found this picture:

This is how it's written on my boxes.

That's wierd. I wonder if there is a difference in the figures too. (P.S. I always like to give the benefit of the doubt, so I really didn't doubt you. Really!

)
[edit] Also, there's a "2 in 1" icon next to the Autobot symbol that's not in the galleries. European packaging?

It must be a European or, at least, a UK variant. The 2-in-1 icon is on all of my boxes, as far as I recall (it's definitely on Jetfire), and is on back of the boxes of all the Cybertron toys I've purchased, as well.

Could be thats its European packaging. In the states at least they actually say classic Deluxe of Voyager on the box/card. The minicons don't have classics on them, and Soundwave has Commemorative Edition in place of Classics on his packaging.
