So, I really like the look of this figure with the new head sculpt and the colors. I know it's expensive, but For those who have it, do you think it's worth it?
I don't have a membership so it'll cost me about $130 bucks or so. Also, I do not have the Armada Jetfire so I have no personal experience with this mold.

Well I have the Armada Jetfire Mold, and i gotta tell you there's no way I'm paying 130 bucks for a different head and a purple color scheme. just ain't worth it to me.

Don't get me wrong its a decent mold. Although poseability is somewhat limited by the combination scheme. He looks good in robot mode and not bad combined with Prime in Pants mode.

But still I don't think the mold is worth that much. Even in Astrotrain Purple.

Also I would have preferred the Requiem Blaster Minicons over these. At least they would have a use for Astrotrain.

If you really want the mould, look on Ebay for a cheaper Powerlinx Jetfire.

Very worth it.

Though you shoud just join the club. The discount on the toy is about the same as what you'd pay extra by being a non-member.

So I get two completely different opinions. I think I am leaning towards getting one because I really do like the look of the figure.
Yeah, if non members try to purchase they automatically include a membership purchase so i'd have to join. They are already on ebay for quite a bit more...
Decisions, decisions.

I have both Astrotrain and Airazor as well as the exclusive combiners released so far.

It's worth it man, the membership and the figure(s).

Get Astrotrain, Pass on Airazor. One of the reasons I think the figure is so high is because they kept the electronics in it. These are going to sell out fairly soon so I'd get one ASAP.

just got my Astrotrain and Airazor today and yes if you can swing it you won't regret the Astrotrain he's a cool looking figure.

Go for it if you can :)

Both of these figures are worth it in my opinion, but Astrotrain is particularly good looking.

No toy is worth $130 in my mind. Especially a repaint of a decent figure from Armada.

What is worth it to me and worth it to you can be vastly different, but in my opinion the figure is worth owning. It's exclusiveness drives up the price considerably.

Hey you get four minicon repaints from Cybertron with that too! :P

I bought one, and of the two exclusives, Astrotrain seems to be better executed. Air razor would be tops with me if the orange plastic did not look and feel cheapy, and her legs stayed attached/closed/together (there really was no nice way to put that).

I'm not entirely sure why I bought Airrazor, since I got none of last years BotCon set...

Stupid mysteries.

good i'm not the only one that felt that Airazor's plastic felt cheap. I know that isn't indicative of the rest of the set.

I've been meaning to join the club so the membership fee was a drop in the hat. The mini-cons are really good molds.

Initially I was going to get just the Astrotrain but decided to get both for the sake of completion. I'm cheap myself but I don't regret getting either.
