Why check that one when we have one here on this very site? All of them done with professional lighting and backdrops to eliminate shadows. Which in the end makes the toys themselves look much better.

Gotta agree with Muffin. While we don't have everything in the Seib galleries, at least they damn well look good! :P

Oh I totally agree regarding the superior photo quality of the Seibertron Toy Archives. No one can deny that Seibertron is the greatest site regarding Transformers. I just thought the link I provided should show some people a lot of robots that haven't quite made it into the Seibertron galleries just yet. And I want to make clear that I'm not trying to disway people from this wonderful site at all.

Being a new collector, its nice to have more info on figures, I could care less about the quality (not trying to sound rude) but I do care about being able to find the figure I might have a question about.

But I do appreciate the time Seibertron.com takes when posting great pictures in the Gallery.

Is there a way people (members) can submit pics on the board and then let the mods or admin post the pics that have been submitted? If there is a link to a thread for that please post one.

Thanks

Nope. Ryan is very particular about his gallery. For a little while he was accepting galleries until he got his own up of the figure. But that was more trouble than it was worth.

I like this policy. Images from other people are usually smaller ... and have text right across them. Comes off as very odd compared to the other ones here.

Thats to bad.
Maybe if there were guide lines set in place for the pics, then it would work out?
B-)

That's pretty cool, but I still prefers seibertron's gallery. Pictures are better quality.

Variety is good.

Seibertron is the best. But it's healthy to check out others from time to time.

Thanks :)

Seibertron's galleries are the best. Its the main reason I stumbled into this site. I was looking for the best TF pictures possible. :D

The thing that gets me about this other gallery is some of the weirder bots like Omega Spreem, Orchanoch and the Black Zarak look-alike called Doublepunch.

Very odd stuff. Some of those bots there I've never even heard of before.

While the quality of the photos at that gallery are obviously somewhat lacking, it's still a good page to help collecters with checklisting robots that are out there. 8)

I agree, I wish Seibertron has some of these rarer TFs in the galleries. maybe the members can lend their so their rarer figures so they can be immortalized in hi-quality images in Seibertron's galleries. :)

Yeah. I would gladly loan my mint Sky Garry, G1 Metroplex and G1 Hound reissue for the Seibertron galleries.

If the figure was released in the US, Ryan has it. He has every G1 figure that was released in the US of A. If it isn't in the gallery, it's because he hasn't gotten around to taking the pics yet.

And members who lend out their TF toys gets a reward. ;;)
