I got God Neptune, the beast wars II pirannacon repaint. This might be a redundant question (or an easily answered one) in which case I apoligize. Is the gold colored plastic on this figure going to get all brittle like other gold things on transformers? Ive about this gold-plastic thing, and I am curious if the gold on this transformer will suffer the same brittle fate. Thank you. Happy Holidays.

Mine seems to be holding up just fine.

All the gold on God Neptune is painted. The few bronze parts like the sword and the blades on the chest peice are a different plastic then the stuff that suffers from GPS (Gold Plastic Syndrome) God Neptune is safe from that issue.
