NIGHTBEAT!! Will be shown in the next club magazine. I can't wait to see him and kinda figured that it would be a bot since we have Seacons coming too.

Is it Nightbeat or Minerva?

A lot of folks need her.

Looks like they are gonna use the Armada Hotshot mold. Not my first choice, but I never got that mold and I like Nightbeat so I'll pick him up.

Actually it looks like the Energon Hot Shot mold, not the Armada one.

That's Energon Hot Shot, not Armada. Big difference:

I say it's a good choice given the car mode. Too bad the Powerlinx modes aren't something to write home about.

What's with Slag and Sludge in the background?

The mold fits the character, altough I do not care forthe mold. Too blocky and lacking in articulation. Oh well. I like that there will be a comic featuring this reincarnation of the character.

They are part of the accompanying comic, the Spring Special for Timelines, featuring Nightbeat, Siren, Slag, and Sludge...

Siren looks like the cop car mini-con that came out with the most recent classics wave. Wonder what the story of that will be.

Funny thing is, Marvel messed up the heads in their comics.

I hate this mold. Definately NOT paying $40 for that.

Since G1 Nightbeat was a Porshe, I'd rather have Nightbeat be a repaint of Classics 2.0/Universe Jazz than than a repaint of this crappy mold.

Wow, for a second there, when someone said Nightbeat was going to be Armada Hot Shot I was pissing my pants.. but then after I realized it was Energon, everything's better.

Seriously, Armada Hot Shot should never ever be repainted ever again.
