Anyone have any info about these reissues?

This one has really been bugging me for a while, it seems to be a reissue of G2 Dreadwing and Smokescreen, (of which i would like to have.) though it was described as being Starscream and Bumblebee from one of the BW series', and that it was a reissue from Takara, but is imported from Korea, rather than Japan.

Is this a real deal, or a crappy fake? if it really is a Takara product, then there should be no problems, right? and i could get it for a fraction of what the G2 version would cost, if i could find it.

And also, BW2 Dirge, and G2 Megatron reissues sold by the same seller. Says these are Takara products too, and i could get these for a pretty reasonable prices as well.

Can anyone tell me anything about these? are these really Takara products, that are of super high quality, like anything else Takara makes, or crappy fakes that should be avoided like a plague?

Those are real, licensed by Sonokong for release in Korea. And yes, they all appeared in the BW2 line, though you got some of the names wrong: It's Starscream and BB (as in BB gun), Dirge and Megastorm. Starscream and BB are based on the unreleased G2 Dreadwing repaint, and Megastorm has minor changes from G2 Megatron (as he was never released in Japan). He has no electronics though.

Basicly that is correct, it's just Korean packaging, but the figures are Takara product and not KO's.

That DreadWing mold has been done a million times, so I say pick the color you like and run with it.

Beast Wars II and Neo reused alot of G2/Machine War molds.

Megatron my have the electronics completely removed but he's still alright.

Another good thing about the Korean box is that yes it is the same figure, but the price is normaly about half of the Japanesse cost.

I wouldn't worry about these :D

What can I say that hasn't already been said above? They are in fact real Takara reissues for reasonable prices. :)

Wonderful! and i could get all of these for under $100 including shipping, when it would cost more than this just for G2 Dreadwing and smokescreen.

But for the first one, who is who? is Starscream Smokescreen, and BB Dreadwing, or is it vice-versa?

Hmm, I would actually say that they are not Takara product. But are in fact licensced TFs made by Sonokong, thus making them official Sonokong Product.

Am I wrong?

P.S. Sonokong has had QC issues in the past, fyi. Probably no worse than Hasbros. And to answer your other questions, they look like recolor/reissues of, in order, G2 Dreadwing, MW Skywarp and G2 Megatron.

You got it right. :) A little fact for you: G2 Smokescreen/BW2 Starscream and E-Starscream share the same transformation despite being two completely different molds.

Thanks, in fact, if not for viewing the energon incarnation of Starscream in the gallery of this site, i would not have even known about G2 Smokescreen. I also figured that the Smokescreen re-paint would be Starscream, since Dreadwing just does not look like he could possibly be passed off as being Starscream, and because Smokescreen's guns resemble Screamers' null-ray weapons. It would just be too weird, if the names were the other way.
