I just noticed that the Armada and Universe Perceptor galleries don't have any alt-mode pics, just bot mode.

Probably because neither one has an alt mode. They are just the combined form of the 3 mini-cons.

Find each mini-con for their Robot and Alt modes.

Energon Perceptor is a combiner, but from what I see in the pics it looks like Armada and Universe ones are just single motorcycles...

Nope, they are all combiners. They just don't look like it.
