Premium Barricade pics?

My Barricades paint is starting to show some wear and scratches, I'm tempted to buy the reprolabels set but if the premium has some new paint apps then I'll get that one. The one I'm looking for is the 911 First responce on the rear. Does the new one have it?

My deluxe didn't have the 911 thing at all, so I son't know whether or not they will.
