WOW. Hasbro, you just redeemed yourself for all the crappy movie megatrons you gave us. I simply cannot wit to get my hands on this. Could be the best Megatron ever - great looking bot, nice sized cannon, awesome sword.

I suppose as Megatron figures go, it's pretty good. But I don't like it. Maybe it's the picture, but to me it just looks a bit ****.

And the alt mode seems kinda rubbish. I almost prefer the Cybertronian version.

There's a picture of voyager class bulkhead in the issue, he has alot more detail than the other pictures we've been seeing.

Well, I suppose something good comes out of every line, be it Beast machines or animated.

looks good

But I hope they make a voyager sized one, they are easier to display and take up less room.

I wish the wings weren't there in bot mode, but overall,
that looks really really cool.
Thankfully the bot mode does look really nice, because I'm not totally sold on the alt mode.

Can someone do me a favor and list all of the Animated figures according to class????

Thanks!

As far as I know the confirmed sizes:

Megatron (Earth mode): Leader
Megatron (Cybertron mode): Deluxe(x2)
Optimus Prime (Earth mode): Deluxe, Voyager, Leader
Optimus Prime (Cybertron mode): Deluxe
Bulkhead: Deluxe, Voyager, Leader
Bumblebee: Deluxe
Prowl: Deluxe
Lockdown: Deluxe
Starscream: Voyager

Actualy Cybertronian Mode Megatron is a voyager, there is a not as kick-ass deluxe version to be released in a two pack, but the idea is that Megs is bigger than Prime.

Wow. Thats a cool take on Megatron. Much better than the movie version, it has enough elements of the old megatron while still be new and fresh. Now if only they could move up the release date for this line.

:o

I agree completely with all of you. It's the best Megatron we've seen in a long time.

The only thing I'm wondering about this picture is if it will come with that finish, it looks custom. Or maybe they photoshopped it or had amazing lighting?

wow. so thats the big roll out optimus on the cover, thats possibly supreme size according to the german hasbro site.

megs!! easily makes the best megs for me next to G1, no contest. it looks like megatron and as a leader hes going to be something like 8 inches tall, very neat. That is so much more impressive than the movie version, anihaters stand aside.

One Cybertron Mode Megatron is a deluxe and is Packaged with the Deluxe Earth mode Prime. The other is Voyager sized.
The Leader Prime is not confirmed, it's likely the person
at the bBitish toyfair confused the Supreme "Roll Out and Command" Optimus Prime for a leader class.

Although I think it's been confirmed that there will be three leader class figures.

to add.
Grimlock: Voyager
Slag: Voyager
Swoop: Deluxe
Black Arachnia: Deluxe
Bltizwing: Voyager
Soundwave: Deluxe probably
Ratchet: Deluxe
Lugnut: Voyager
Jazz: Deluxe Probably
Ultra Magnus: I'm hoping he's the third leader class figure, but unconirmed

the other I either can't think or have no clue.

I REALLY wish Soundwave and Slag were voyagers...

And I don't care as much, but it seems to me that Ratchet should also be a voyager.

Is Bulkhead really being done in 3 classes???
If so, WHY???????????????????????????????????
Seriously, if that's true, that's just dumb.
