Some new Animated figures include:
- Supreme Class Optimus Prime,-cool, but why? Optimus is like the second tallest Autobot in the show, so why would he tower over Bulkhead and Megatron?
- Leader Class Bulkhead, Megatron and Ultra Magnus,-Very cool
- Power Bots Cyber Speed Bumblebee (similar to Cyber Stompers)-GodDAMN, dear Primus, I hope they come to their senses, I can't tell you how many times I have gone to the store and seen these peces of **** clogging the shelves.

As well as non action figure items such as an Optimus Prime Blaster and a Transforming handheld Video game.-cool.

Overall, it sounds pretty good.

I just hope UM will look okay…

Regardless though, I don’t see this line taking off, there’s just too much going against it.

Hmm. I have truly forgotten here (and most likely wrong) but I don't think we've actually seen anything about a Leader Class Earth Mode Optimus Prime...

Voyager? Yes.
Deluxe? Yes.

Maybe they are trying to go for scale this time?

Bumblebee, Prowl, Ratchet: Deluxe
Optimus Prime: Voyager
Bulkhead: Leader

Granted, yes...there are other sizes of the same figures (most likely so they can cover all the sales bases) but it almost seems like they're trying to work with a scale this time.

I'm just glad we're getting them. It took them forever to grow on me, and now I'm becoming impatient. lol

I wonder if Ultra Magnus can deal with that new size class of his :P

Seriously though I can't wait to get him. First time he isn't a white repaint, It's cause for celebration!

Leader Bulkhead also sounds good, The voyager class didn't interest me at all.

Still no official word on Omega Supreme though.

(If you've seen the first couple episodes, you know he has to show eventually.)

Really? I've seen all the episodes so far, and nowhere did I see anything that might suggest an Omega Supreme.

Still I'm looking forward to UM.

From what we know he is gong to be a different mold to that of Prime. Since he is a different character in th show not just a Hasbor repaint for the toy line.

If it will be similar to the sketches I saw... it will be the best figure of this line.

Supreme class Optimus: He can transform on his own... For the extra-lazy kids.

Blasters and such: Why, Hasbro, WHY??? They should be confronted on how many of those warm the shelves here.

the supreme OP is probably more of a 'side' toy rather than being the definitive version of him, which is most likely the voyager toy. Its rather like the ultimate movie bumblebee, nobody would buy him and say 'why is BB bigger than megatron?'

I had some reasons, but I forgot them all besides a handful, I think a couple were:

-Toys that come out six months after the show started airing
-Too much product
-Movie line and Universe may compete with it
-Possible overstock depending on if retailers order tons of stock thinking it will sell like the movie figures instead of the usual line

Among other reasons.

Also a little off-topic, but I think you or someone else said one time that you like animated for one reason that the toys are simple. Well I got Stockade yesterday and his transformation was very simple and his face looks somewhat like that of Wheeljack’s rather than the usual movie figure. Just thought I would suggest him to you if you like simple TFs. :D

Well, if the Megatron's leader mold is as good as the voyager cybertronian one, then it's a must for me. All Hail Megatron!!!

could have been me, i may have said animated could be better for kids because of the simpler transformations, voyager bulkhead from the videos ive seen could be tf'd by a 4 year old in a minute, im not sure an average four year old will have much luck with leader (ok, i know they are not supposed to be for 4 year olds) optimus prime.

id be suprised if this line rather like all? the other TF lines wasnt a success.

I don't think so, we've had Supreme toys before, and none where any where near Ultimate Bumblebee. They where just huge versions of characters. Like Supreme Starscream or Supreme Cheetor, very few features and almost nothing on their Voyager or deluxe sized counterparts.

Regardless very few supreme sized figures have actually been successful in that regard. Unicron and Primus, are the only ones that warrant such a size.

Now unless they actually give Supreme sized Prime some features that cannot be found in the regular sized versions, its doubtful I'll buy one.

Now perhaps a Supreme Sentinel Prime maybe more adequate, or a Supreme Animated Omega Supreme even. But Prime is fine in Leader Class.

Also This is the first line to actually have multiples of characters other than the leaders, and even then have so many versions of the characters.

What's next a Supreme Sized Prowl? Ohh I know a Supreme Sized Sari Doll.

At least they got the head right.

Now befor you all start in...

I have no problem with him being an armord type transport. Not one bit, I actualy like the alt.

What bothers me is that he's supose to be old, a diplomate I believe. Which again is fine. But it has me thinking why would someone worn and stately come out looking like a superhero reject?

This robot, THUS FAR, to me lacks both character and class.
