Botcon.com has been updated again today with a new image of the Botcon exclusive figure, Optimus Prime, in vehicle mode. The most noticeable details, previously unknown, are a crooked Autobot symbol on the side of the truck, green headlights, and the phrase "'TIL ALL ARE GONE!" on the side of the wind vane. I don't know. This seems more like "Zombie Optimus Prime" than "Evil Optimus Prime"... but that's just me.

You get an "A+" for effort, hence the news credit though.

Idunno...just doesn't look right. The slogan is clever, but does it need to be plastered on the figure? The 'bot sign is nice, but it just feels...weird overall.

That is. AWESOME! God Prime is finally a badass. I am really starting to like him as a war torn evil Autobot.

Thats because your looking at Cybertron's greatest Autobot, one who stands inviolate and uncorruptable, as a bad guy.

I'd like to have him JUST cause of that. Its not Scourge, its not Nemesis Prime, but OP HIMSELF thats evil.

He's so evil he stole Cybertron's Dirt Boss' ugly color scheme... at least it wasn't his cyber planet key feature

Wonder if this might start to change some opinions...

I will be really interested in the botcon story this year. The figures are a meh, but the story of why Op had gone crazy, or just he started as a bad guy could be really interesting if done right.

I'm still saying that version of the autobot logo shouldn't be on it

Very interesting. I really like him in robot mode but I am a bit iffy on his Alt mode, to much of a solid color but I am sure it will grow on me. I really like the torn look to him though.

Changed mine. The vehicle mode really makes this one, I'm digging it now.

The bot mode was good for me. Nothing to spectacular, but the alt mode is great. You can really see the weathering/damage he's taken. I forgot a lot of the fandom didn't know the Tag line "Till All Are Gone" Doh!

Maybe that's it...I must just be a creature of habit, I suppose. The mold itself is still awesome, so I'm not completely turned off....the purple is just...really PURPLE. Ah well, bring on the other figs and I may snag a boxed set yet...

I still don't get how people know this is any alternate universe story line. But prime is looking great even in truck mode couldn't botcon be going for a zombie version of the autobots.

It looks like they tried to hard to look like they wheren't trying that hard at all.

Like the slogan detail, can't wait to see his motto.

"Peace through destruction!" something along those lines, or "death is the right of all sentient beings."
