Makes sense, you know it's coming. You always know when a road is coming to an end.

No wonder why most of the Hasbro lines got a whole bunch of good stuff added to their 08' line ups.

All of them schedualed for the second half of the year no less, leaving the new boss just enough time to cancel them!

I don't know if any of thats true, it's just what I'd do, cause you know, I'm a prick!

Anyhow, note to the new guy, knock off all the friggin repaints!!!

I met Brian Goldner very briefly at Botcon last year and and he is very in touch with the TF fan base. Much more than the current CEO. Goldner's elevation to CEO could be a blessing to Transformers.

Although it doesn't mean much yet,

I like the news of this. Brian Goldner seems to believe in the Transformers products and in the past has sought the opinions of the TF fans.

I see nothing but good coming of this. From what I've read of the man, he's on our side.

This is on the plus side people.

2 points,

Firstly, it does make a lot of sense now. With CEO stepping down, he did the next guy a solid if he did indeed choose to push back releases to the fall. Thus the new guys first quarter looks great and the shareholders will love him.

Secondly, CEOs generally don't decide to screw around with whether or not certain produicts are released. Hasbro has a ton of marketing and research groups who pretty much make that call. All the CEO really does when it copmes to that area of business is sign off on the papaerwork.

I just hope someone doesn’t see this thread and say “Hey guys! Maybe this guy will release the B***** exclusive S****** and T************ at retail!!!!!!!111111!!!!!!11”.

BTW you cant say the T-word anymore without a thread turning into sixty pages of flaming so you have to bleep it out.
