The first images of Botcon 2008 Jazz and Grimlock are at the Botcon website http://www.botcon.com. Grimlock is meh but Jazz looks fantastic. "Massacre Racing" on the windshield and "Kill to win" over the front wheel arch. Definitly want that Jazz.

I really find this set very unappealing.

Jazz does look good though. But the mold. One version of it is enough for me. To frustrating to transform

Ohh and Grimlock: Can you say Trypticon!.

The only one that looks cool so far is Jazz.

*sighs* that Jazz repaint would look so great next to my Cybertron Smokescreen... It sucks livin in NZ!! Miss out on all the good stuff

Trypticon Grimlock is pretty bad ass looking. Jazz just looks fantastic with the paint job and new head sculpt. Spot on fellas!!

Maybe I can snag a couple figures from this set off eBay without paying too much.

Yeah agreed Looks great with that Jazz head mold though.. I have the Smokescreen repaint. Something of a disappointment.

YES!!!! I have finally been credited for something news worthy. Beat you to it GetterDragun . Like I said in my first post Jazz is awesome and will look fantastic in my collection. Grimlock will probably never leave robot mode though. Also if you look at the front wheel arch on Jazz it says "Kill to win".

I like trypticon colors.
As for Jazz...
I love his new head mold...
but his car mold is strange, I don't know why but I just don't like it
and his robot mode is kibbly, fat and short
Though i do like Massacre Racing
not as good as Till All Are Gone but eh
Strange, everyone else loves Jazz but dislike Grimlock

but in order of what I like to what i find meh
1. Grimlock
2. Goldbug
3. Prime
4. Starscream
5. Jazz

Are they also making Decepticons?

I wish they used more classics molds
the seeker mold is awesome... though overpainted
too bad Classics prowl wasn't remolded... then Jazz would've been at number 1

The only one I ever saw that looked remotely like this one was the black and purple prototype for the original toy.

I must admit...Jazz is made of pure win. He rocks hard.

You know after hearing Trypticon being mentioned, Grimlock is starting to grow on me. He does resemble Trypticon. I still think the best so far in the set is Goldbug but I am liking the set and glad I faxed my Iacon order in on the first day.

This set has been rather lacklustre.

Jazz is very humanoid looking.
More human than Animated jazz.
like a guy with a video and a car on his chest.
I wish his colors were more evil.
Though what would his color scheme be if it was more evil?

Well, I do like his roof shield and the gun.
His head is so awesome though...

He could've had a smirk. Why does Jazz always have that really depressed looking face? He's so happy.
Is this set really called the Shattered Glass set?
There's only one figure that has shattered glass.
Grimlock doesn't even have windows. : P

Too much for Botcon exclusives that is. People don’t seem to be too thrilled with this set so I could might see a Goldbug or Prime going for thirty, forty maybe.

Jazz looks cool but I know like the repaints from last year I will never be seeing it

Jazz is awesome! one big meh at the others. That thing is not even close to Goldbug.

I'll be the first to say it, I think jazz looks the worst out of the set so far. I just don't like the proportions in bot mode on that mold, although I will concede the alt mode was executed nicely. And I think his face is a bit overdone; like someone said, too humanoid. I actually like how grimlock and the other looks, although I don't think they're good enough to justify the price. Are there going to be any more bad autobots? Or is it time to wait for the good decepticons?

Jazz looks pretty good, but overall I'm glad I skipped this year's boxset. I'll put that money toward the MP-04 that's coming out next month.
