A few fellow board members and myself were able to score the much coveted Cliffjumper conversion kit for a mere fraction of the going Ebay rate which is in the $150-$300+ range.

In fact, we all paid a mere $60 shipped to the U.S. per kit.

Here are some preliminary pics, I will be updating the pics as I get the kit assembled:







For a huge Cliffjumper fan like myself, this is all kinds of awesome!!

Also Something i had been thinking about doing if i can ever pick up a cheap Second Bumble bee is taking him apart and switching all of Cliffjumpers Grey parts with Bumblebee's black parts.

I'm suck a Huge fan of CJ i just wish i knew how to get that kit cheap.

Thats something I am considering at this point too since this is the ultimate Cliffjumper, just need to find another BB for parts.

Assembly was fairly easy.

Man that kit looks awesome, if I could find away to get it for cheap I might buy it. Although I'm not as miffed about the red BB head for CJ as most other people, but what got me was the lack of weapons for CJ. This is Cliffjumper we're talking about here, he loves the big guns! I just wish I could find one in my old toys that could actually fit in his hands.

I got my Classics CLIFFJUMPER Upgrade Kit last Feb.9 from HongKong. I paid PHP1500 or just USD37.50 only including shipping cost from HK to Philippines!

I've finished installing it and I'M VERY SATISFIED with the kit! Kudos to HK-TFClub for making such a brilliant concept!

Overall, seems like a pretty nice kit.

Iron Maniac, Seibertronian and fellow Detroiter, has shared his review of this custom set.

We can all be jealous because he was able to score it for the comparably small amount of $60 (as opposed to the Ebay $150-$300).

The creator of the set is a group called the TFClub, and they also have plans for other customs to help to really jazz up your boring Transformers including the Emperor Starscream Upgrade Set for MP Starscream, and the armor/trailer for CLASSICs Ultra Magnus.


We are looking forward to more reviews by Seibertronians that purchase this creative additions.

It looks pretty freakin cool! G1 Cliffjumper was the first TF i ever owned and i have'nt looked back! I'd love to pick one up.

I found a contact link in the site, asked how to order it, and that was that.

But as I said, it's taking some time, however reasurances from TC and these reports of the item arriving to some members is very promissing!

If I can get it from the same source, yeah I'm definitely getting one.

I hope BBTS gets these, or someone at BotCon sells them because I want them, but I don't trust this Chinese crap.

Thats a great way of jazzing up a classics cliffjumper. thanks for sharing. This thread could use a 'pic heavy' warning though.

Mine arrived on Monday and WOWis one hell of a garage kit,
Packaging and quality is really top-notch. Just about what you'd expect from Hasbro.
Still have to get a cliffjumper to put it on though.

Oh and I got it for AUD$24. Beat that
