I'm excited about the upcoming Animated Line. I've been wondering though, what versions of the characters to guy to best maintain some semblance of scale. Guys like Bumblebee, Prowl, and Lockdown are set at deluxe. But, what version(s) of Prime would likely work best, which Bulkhead, and is there going to be more than 1 Ratchet?

Just trying to figure out how much I can expect to spend on this.

Prowl, BB, Ratchet as deluxes
Prime as voyager
Bulkhead as leader.

That's probably the best lineup there is, but to save some money I was going to do it this way:


Bumblebee, Prowl? = Activators

Ratchet=deluxe(maybe Activator)

Optimus Prime=deluxe

Bulkhead=voyager


This is definitely not the sexiest group, especially if you'd rather have real action figures instead of the Activators(is there even going to be a Prowl?), but it saves money I'm going to spend on the 'Cons.

Are the Activators there instead of the scout class? Are there going to be any activators that aren't versions of characters in other sizes? Like exclusive activator-size characters? Just in case anyone knows.

Thats my plan as well.
Voyager Prime fits perfectly with Leader Bulkhead.

I only want Blackrachnia, Oil Slick and the Earth Form Megatron that has 2 swords, the rest I'm getting are from Universe/Classics so I don't have to worry about spending money on animated.
