Many of us would love to see the Encore figures continue. So, who should the next Encore figures be after Omega Supreme?

I would like to see some of cassettes reissued. A set of Autobot and Decepticon cassettes would be great!

For the Autobot set:
Ramhorn
Eject
Rewind
Raindance
Grandslam

For the Decepticon set:
Rumble (Red)
Frenzy
Ratbat
Beastbox
Squaktalk


*Raindance/Grandslam & Beastbox/Squaktalk were never offered to the Japanese market so I bet they would be very popular.

I would also love to see the Japanese cassette combiners reissued: Zaur, Dial, Noise, and Graphi.

Those would be pretty cool sets. However, my vote would be a Black Zarak.

The Encore line is really making me happy at the moment. With Omega Supreme on his way and Sky Lynx recently unleashed its a nostalgia overload. I would love to see other previously non reissued characters. I might fall over if we got Shockwave but I doubt that would happen. I would like Sunstreaker as I am missing him. I would also like a brand new Metroplex to go with Omega Supreme.

Yep, Black Zarack. I vote for that one too.

I have all the TRU Hasbro ones so please let the encore's be unique and new! Please don't let it be Ultra Magnus or Red Alert...lol.

is the omega supreme figure big? im debating getting the encore version but im just not sure if it is worth the price.

The simple answer for me would be any G1 figure I don't already have, especially some of the more expensive ones that are tough to find complete and in mint condition. Some examples are Fort Max, Monstructor, Targetmaster Cyclonus and Targetmaster Scourge.

Yes, BIG. I think he was the biggest G1 figure, if not he took up the most room what with his track.

Stunticons, Constructicons, Protectobots, Technobots (Although I'd be happy with just Scattershot)

I'd like to see Blitzwing (eventhough he got a Bookstyle release a few years ago)

Shockwave would be awesome too.
But above all Encore Fortress Maximus (so expensive to import, but still worth every penny.)

Lets get some guys that havent been re-issued in years.Lets see some of the Target Masters or Headmasters,Monsterbots and so many others.

The biggest G1 figure was Fortress Maximus and the 2nd biggest was Scoponox.Omega Supreme was about the same size Metroplex and Trypticon but he was thicker and wider due to the tracks on his back.

Omega was one of the biggest in base mode.His base mode was pretty wide when put together.

As there japanese figures i'd like to see some japanese figures like
Raiden
Liokaiser
Starsaber
Victory leo
Dezanrus
and some that were available else where.
Apeface

some head and targetmasters
and the cassete idea is a good one.

Deszaras or Overlord would be my first choice, pretty much any of the Japanese exclusives would be sweet though.

Realistically I reckon maybe Ultra Magnus or Rodimus Prime as they weren't in the Collection reissues. I'd be happy with Trailbreaker or Scourge though.

Conehead seekers are my wish, they were never completed in the hasbro reissues.

Cyclonus and Scourge would be great as well.

A giant turd that transformers into optimus prime, oh wait I meant a cool looking movie protoform optimus prime.

Though my wish would be for a Black Zarak above all others, I fully expect a Trypticon to be on the horizon for a few simple reasons.

Takara has obviously been trying to reissue figures that have not already seen a reissue and have been going for the larger size, high price, adult oriented stuff.

It wasn't so long ago that Tryp was infact reissued in a way through Gigastorm.

Hence, Trypticon gets my bet as being one of the next 5 TFs in the Encore line, though Black Zarak gets my vote.

I would really love a Black Zarak, or any of the Japan-only figures. The Cassetticon idea makes some sense, in light of the Minibot set that's forthcoming. Alas, I really do think that we'll get Ultra Magnus or Rodimus Prime, or someone else that has already been reissued 10,000 times. However, Sky Lynx and Omega Supreme are left field kind of surprises, so it could be hoped for someone else that was only imagined to be reissued.

The problem with reissue threads is that people always rattle off this list of figures that have already been reissued. Predaking, Blitzwing, any of the other TRU or TCC reissues always get brought up, when in all reality, existant reissues of them or even their originals can be obtained at decent prices already.

the first four were optimus, soundwave, starscream, and megatron, with jazz on the horizon. as far as i can tell the only toys with a 1st reissue are sky lynx and omega. i don't really see a focus on toys with no previous reissue. it's probably more in line with "which toys can we put out that will sell best after fans who weren't avid collectors before the movie, but who now want their childhood back since the movie?" kind of cynical, i know. but i really think they're releasing toys that both old and newer collectors will respond to. how many out there picked up lynx or omega because they were way too expensive when you were young?

so for the next encore figure, i'd say it'll be either one that everyone had and formed memories with, or was a holy grail back in the day.

...maybe i'm just ranting to justify wanting toys that've been reissued already
