So they are gonna reissue the reissues? Well, I guess I could pick up Starscream since I missed him the first time. I guess this is for everyone coming back to the transformers since the movie is coming out. Man, I think Hasbro and Tomy are gonna whore out TF this whole year!!

I wonder if that Soundwave is really the Soundblaster release we got in the US or if it is the real single tape holding Soundwave. If it is the real Soundwave, I am all over it.

Bologna. Not to you, just to the report. They just had a Soundwave reissue not more than 2-3 years ago (Takara). I can't see how they could have lost that in 3 years. Especially when they know how favored Soundwave's character is. I guess we'll find out soon though.

I would go for and certainly purchase a re-release of Takara #00.

bbts has preorder up...and they are calling them "Transformers Collection" renewal packaging...sounds like reissues to me as well...and they say they should have pics in late April...

I HOPE it's another of the #00 Optimus Prime, because I need that figure, and that would probably be the cheapest way to get it.

I pre-ordered the set of 4 and a 2nd Convoy and Starscream. I already have TFC Megatron and Soundwave so if they turn out to be re-issues of the TFC stuff I'll cancel the set of 4.

If they turn out to be G1 re-issues in the non-book style packaging I'll cancel them all as I have the Prime/Starscream Hasbro re-issues.

If only the Hasbro Soundwave would ALL TRU's. I still haven't seen one here in the only TRU in Wichita KS.

It makes sense these if you were to pick the top 4 most well known Transformers, they'd be it.

Dear Primus up in TFHeaven, please please please let it be TFC-00 re-released. I can't afford the prices they ask for him on Ebay and feed me and my wife at the same time.

I *just* bought the latest re-re-reissue of G1 Megatron, so that's a definite pass - new packaging or not. I already have G1 Prime plus the Hasbro Commemorative Edition, so that's a pass as well. And I got the Commemorative Edition of Soundwave last November, so that's yet another pass.

I am slightly interested in Starscream, but unless they release (or confirm to release) the other 5 Seekers as well, I'll probably skip it. I'm getting a little sick of Takara/Tomy and Hasbro never finishing sets of characters.

Still waiting for someone to officially reissue the Dinobots and Shockwave one of these years.

G1 Megatron you are MINE!

This will work out well so long as they don't price gauge us again. $30 for a autobot car, that ISN'T vintage. Those all sat untill clearance time.

All I can say is "Hell yes".

I knew G1 Prime would be re-released when the movie came out. That's why I haven't bought him for $200 bucks yet.

I got Megs, SW and Screamer, but it'll be nice to finally have the true G1 Prime. As much as I love my G2, Powermaster and 20th Anneversary Primes, nothing beats the original.

Ok, maybe MP Prime does, but the original is totally awesome, none the less. =)

Also, since they're um... re-re-reissueing these guys, they might make new reissues too. Oh man, if they reissued Grimlock, Wheeljack or Omega Supreme, that would almost be too cool. At that point, there wouldn't be many Transformers I'd want to collect anymore.

Hmm, too bad I have all of those characters already.

Excellent. I just pre-ordered the Convoy as I sold
my commemorative on on ebay sometime before the price shot way up and want another badly. It makes me sick knowing what it went for and what people pay for it now.
Of course I do still have the New Years Special.
Hmmm...I gotta take that thing out of storage, I forgot I had it.

Wheeljack's mold is damaged and Omega Supreme is similar to Jetfire in that he was licensed from another company for usage in the Transformers line.
