The comic pages that appeared on the TransformersClub.com website earlier today inspired me to put the movie figures aside for tonight to free me up to work on some old school G1 figures. I've wanted to do these 8 galleries for a very, very long time. They are 4 of my favorite characters and figures. Any guesses as to what galleries I'm working on?

Im guessing Fortress Maximus and maybe some Revoltech I have no clue lol

I don't care, I'm still waiting for TerraGator.

You know I love your work, so I mean no insult. That still doesn't change the fact that this awesome figure never gets any love.

Even Gathering and Asending that featured a different bot on nearly every page left him out!

Come on Ryan, show the little turtlegattor some love already!

I'll say Goldbug, Trypticon, Piranacon, and maybe your G2 dinobots.

I hope there are G1 Dinobots in those new galleries

Eight galleries, hmm.

Two of those eight MUST be Sideswipe and Sunstreaker, as they have do not have galleries yet, which I've always wondered why, as they are pretty neat characters. Also, I think they are the last of the original Ark crew not to have galleries!

As for other guesses, how bout Reflector?

Terrorgator is weirdly awesome. Without his gun and shield he's so plain, but with them he reminds me of some kind of big game hunter.

FYI, Terrorgator was in the Gathering a couple of pages, not sure about Ascending, but he got about as much love as Snapper in those series.....

Hell yeah, great articulation, a well detailed gun and shield. Even without a projectile, he stil kicks ass over most figures then and now in his class. And if the alt seems plain, whats that, snapping jaws!?!

Lets see Cybertron BreakDown's sword beat that...

Oh wait that needs a key that doesn't fit into the alt to activate, so lets call Arcee, but she tips with the oversized compound bow...

Ah, right. And I guess Multiforce would be like 9 or more galleries.

It isn't Pretenders is it? Cause by doing twice as many galleries as characters, that says to me that you'ld be giving the shells their own galleries. Which wouldn't make sense since the current Pretender galleries shells and inner robots in the same gallery.

I may have to think about this a little more.

You are getting close. There's one exception where it makes sense to have 2 galleries for each character.

The pretender vehicles (Gunrunner/Roadgrabber)and ultra pretenders (Skyhammer/Roadblock)?

So I'm guessing you're doing Pretender and Actionmaster galleries for Bumblebee, Grimlock, Jazz, and Starscream. But that would be 2 sub-groups. Am I getting warmer or colder?

BTW, the "thinking" smily keeps coming out as the "confused" smily.

I'm doing the 4 Pretender versions and then the 4 single "Legends" versions from the Victory box set. Grimlock and Starscream's faces have paint variations from the U.S. versions. Just an excuse to give those guys their own galleries. I love these 4 toys. Lots of sentimental value with them. I even remember when I got them as a kid. That was a good day. Plus I loved the Simon Furman stories involving these characters. Classic stuff indeed.
