I'm not sure how bad of a thing it is as long as the exact same thing is being sold. If it's the fact that someone just doesn't want someone else to use thier picture for reference I think that's kind of wack. But it's there's to decide. Lots of times when I sell I'll grab a picture from google say if my camera battery is dead. I don't understand how bad it can be to seibertron so i can't say much else.

Frankly, it's bad because you are not representing the item you are selling. I for one want to see a picture of the actual item I am buying, not a "best case" picture taken by a skilled photographer.

This guy has quite a few, and I think he is a repeat offender, just by the wording he uses. He's started with a new user name several times, and is selling KO's and/or factory rejects as "new".

Description changed as did the pic I think.

I thought ebay rules said that they now have to put their own pics up and not Use "stock" images?
