I find Tankor's truck mode odd looking. Not bad; I just expected something closer to his truck mode as Octane.

As for Prowl...for some reason I feel like his deco should be closer to that of BTA-01 Alert. I think it just reminds me of that figure.

this version looks pretty good....it is looks closer to his G1 look.

Both are glorious. Now all they need to do is show up in stores.

Octane's plane mode reminds me of this sweet "X" Plane concept:

The only complaint is tankors wings in plane mode look way to small!

DO WANT. I'll get these bad boys for sure, as well as the eventual Smokescreen and Bluestreak repaints (unless if they make a 'Games of Autobots' exclusive set next year... )

Both look cool. I cannot wait.

Can that big wide thing come off the end of tankors arm? It looks a bit poo otherwise,(reminds me of the odd gammy gun thing on Classic tank megatron - the most crap thing about the figure) but I'll probably get it anyway. Prowl looks ace but another WHITE autobot. My whole shelf seems to be filled with them. Magnus, Vector P, jetfire, G! deco Ratchet, Mirage ( Classic), G1 deco Jazz. Can we have a bit more colour please or is Hasbro saving on paint! LOL

Wait for the inevitable repaints if you don't like the white.

For a while I was much more excited about Animated.
But the more I see pictures like these...

I really like Tankor's colors.

Yes.

I really like both of these figures, Octane will be the poor underrated triple changer just like Astrotrain though.

Astrotrain's underrated because of all of his flaws. Too much train visible in shuttle mode, train mode fails once it gets to the shuttle part, robot mode suffers in poseablity because of kibble of two vehicles, and they didn't use his grey colour scheme. Don't get me wrong, I really like my Astrotrain figure and without him I wouldn't have been able to enter that "Recreate a Moment from History" Photocontest (what happened to those, anyway?), but they probably should have made a Blitzwing instead.

Tankor's plane mode looks abit of a mess but that's triple changers for you.

I think the Prowl mold will look alot better in Silverstreak's colours.

I really like astrotrain but I agree, he is pretty flawed in all modes. I give a 7.5 out of ten for effort on him though. If the big thing comes off I'm guessing I will be buying Tankor/ OCTANE! Yes thats what he would likely be called in the UK which tends to make me wonder if I will ever get the chance......
