In the TFW2005 thread, Pete@Botcon spoke out against it. He said magazine scans should not be posted.

Which is odd, seeing as its not a TFCC owned Publication, just a general toy magazine...

Unless Tomarts didnt have permission to print them in the first place.

I don't think he can do anything about it. Besides, it was front paged at TFW2005.

I never meant for these to bring anger or disapproval. I apologize to anyone who is disappointed that I posted these. I only had good intentions.

No anger or disapproval from us here at all.
Thankyou for posting the images for the members here.

The only anger is coming from the Botcon people, and if they dont want people to see previews of their stuff, perhaps they shouldn't let other toy magazines print their pictures?

I'm not sure they are angry, but they are right, magazines cannot be scanned and shared on the internet, it is against the publication laws. If they could why would anyone go buy a magazine? They's just take turns ponying up the dough, and then post the magazine online.

Sharing it where not everyone can see it unless they make a purchase of the magazine--or know the person who bought the magazine and look his/hers-- is one thing, buying it and sharing it for millions to see--people who might have bought it on their own-- that is the part I think is being poo-pooed.

This is one set of figures that I was not, and am still not, able to buy that may haunt me the rest of my days.

Good thing that they didn't include a 'Ghost of Starscream' figure.

Looks dramatic whoever drew it.

Just for the record, we shouldn't be posting pictures from American toy magazines of items that those magazines have exclusive access to. Hasbro and/or Fun Publications give exclusive access to those maagazines to help boost magazine sales. Time after time we have been contacted by magazines such as Toy Fare to remove scanned images that have been posted on Seibertron.com.

Nice artwork. Prime looks so evil is likable (for a Deceptifan like myself, that is). :CON:
