Gah! More friggin' repaints! Why?!?

That being said, they couldn't have picked a better mold for Roadbuster.

I don't mind repaints. s someone said in a notherthread its a way for Hasbro to make money on their molds. And then gives the collector things like Targetmaster Cyclonus.

And I'm sure I'll pick up the Road Buster vs Dirge set. If only for the Cyb Starscream mold.

I still don't get why hasbro just refuses to produce a general release of an individually packaged Cyb Starscream mold.

I hope these are easier to find than the Vector Prime vs Starscream 2 packs from Cybertron.

As for Ratbat and Springer, I might pick them up. Since I missed both molds back in Cybertron.

Come on. It's Hasbro. Repaint is their middle name. Diggin' the Dirge repaint colours though. I must say.

I like that we're getting comics. And since I missed out on the StarScream mold in that size, and like Cybertron Sideways even though this looks like a gay pride version, I wouldn't mind getting either of these sets.

I will probably pick up both comic two packs and I'm especially excited about the War Within pack, although I think it's kind of sad that Springer can't triple change.

Looks like I'm getting my wish, in a way, for War Within characters that are not Titanium.

Every one of those repaints rock, and they couldn't have picked better figures. The "Comic-Packs" are a great idea, and I hope to see more of them.

If anything, all these Exclusives should be an indicator of how wildly successful the TF franchise is right now.

I wish there was a way to get the comics without buying the repaint, I already own 3 of the 4 molds(PM me with the right answer of which 3 I have for a free prize!)

Ah, these look much better than the pictures from Botcon. Springer and Ratbat's colors are much richer, and Roadbuster doesn't have green wheels!

That Roadbuster repaint looks a lot better than it did in the pics from Botcon. I'd still love to see Roadbuster get a new mold, though.

Anyone else think Roadbuster looks more like Springer than the BotCon repaint did?

I'll probably get these because I like the molds. And I've been wanting a Evac repaint.

Darn it, I thought since animated was coming out I’d have money I wouldn’t spend, but then Hasbro makes all this good stuff and takes it anyway.

I like these repaints more than the original toy colors.

Plus, with the sets costing $20 each, and that old Target store coupon for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more, you can get the whole set of 4 for only $35! That's $8.75 a figure for 2 Deluxes and 2 Voyagers!

Roadbuster looks pretty cool. An interesting character. The display model at Botcon had a different color scheme.

These are all superb! I want a new head for my Roadbuster, but otherwise, yesssss....this is a much better mold for Roadbuster than Springer, and Evac is much better as Springer, but Energon Bulkhead is still the best Springer, since G1 Springer.

And I have to figure out, how does one make Dirge a conehead from this?

Both sets look pretty good, and the price is damn good too. And Roadbuster makes a good sub for Springer. And Ratbat is PERFECT. Dirge will make a addition to my Classics Seeker corp, despite him not being a Classics Seeker mold.

I do. Not having green wheels helps too. As for the Springer/Evac figure, this was the most exciting news from Botcon for me.

Everyone but Dirge cause it origionaly came in a overpriced 2 pack for a fig you just paid an arm and a leg for in Supreme Class.

I'm going with that cause it's the only reason why I don't have that mold(I thing the only Cybertron one I'm missing).

Roadbuster, Ratbat and Dirge all look cool IMO. Springer's okay, but could be better. And the comics are a nice addition. I'll definitely be picking up both sets come the Fall.

Not totally impressed with these...
I'll have to have some extra extra money to sway myself into buying them.
Unfortunately, not all of my summer job money can go to collecting toys.
