I read somewhere on here that there was to be a Universe Jazz. Then I read that he had been removed from the line. Can anyone confirm either for me? Thanks.

I just want to know before I shell out $100 for the Botcon one and reformat him into a 'good' bot and then find out I could buy one for $10 later.

There will be a Universe Jazz. He will be legends class. So far there hasn't been any confirmation on whether or not there will be a deluxe class version.

I wouldn't, but then I'm cheap. My feeling is that sooner or later, a deluxe 'classic series' Jazz is bound to happen.

...or you could get Classics Prowl when he comes out and mod him. Put one of the shoulder missiles on instead of the two, give him a paintjob, etc. I should look good!

That would work, or you could just cover the evil Jazz paint apps with Reprolabels, which should be removable, in theory.

I'm willing to bet we'll see a Universe Jazz not only in the Legends size, but deluxe size as well.

Was the whole "we don't want to make a character who's in Animated appear in Universe at the same time" thing ever actaully said by Hasbro, or is it an explanation fans have cooked up? 'Cos I don't see how doing a Legends class Universe Jazz sticks to that rule, but a Deluxe class wouldn't.

I know that they are pushing for him to be made in the deluxe size, but it won't happen until at least after the second movie. And yes they're are a lot of other Jazz figures out right now so that somewhat puts a damper on a Universe one being made. It is a very real possibility within the next couple of years though.

I would wait before getting Shtrd Gls Jazz and remoding. He's most likely coming, it's just that we'll have to wait. They are only gonna release so many at a time and also only let us know only so much at a time. So I say patience for now.
