Resident Transformers video review master Sean Long has done it again. This time, Sean reviews the upcoming Mc Donald's Happy Meal bonus figure, Transformers Animated Optimus Prime. Sean gives us a good look at the figure, with comparison shots of it next to Movie Legends Optimus Prime, TFA Bumblebee, and TFA Deluxe Battle begins Optimus Prime.

This figure appears to be leaps and bounds better than previous Mc Donald's figures that were available in the past.

I'm really impressed with this figure. I'm getting my 1 1/2 year old son started on TF's and these are something he can play with and enjoy. He loves my 20th DVD Prime, its hilarious to see him struggle to lug him around. But use extreme caution if you're letting kids play that are under the age of five.

You gotta check before you start a new thread... Sean posted here earlier on.

Anyway, I was interested in how big these would be.

Given the apparent absence of legends class for animated, I'd been hoping they'd be smaller. They're good for cheap happy meal toys, but if they're larger than activators, they're not much use to me.

Have you looked at that post? If you did then you should understand why I redid the whole thing. If its a matter of credit, you'll see that he got it. Thanks for your concern though.

I was just at McDonald's like 5 min. ago, no kidding and they just started selling Speed Racer toys. I was there yesterday as well for lack of a better place to eat before work and It's right down the hill and across the rail road tracks...

What was I talking about?

Oh yeah they didn't have Speed Racer there yesterday or I just didn't notice it till today.
