... and really am not impressed with the mold.

This is my one and only Leader class from the movie line, and I just have to ask, is he a pain to transform for everyone else?

Also, how exactly do you get the rear end to stay up in truck mode? I did my best, but when you pick him up, the rear wheel and fender assembly just flops down like it needs roboviagra or something.

As far as robot mode goes, I -DO- like him. Mine has good paint apps, and the G1 Transformer sound makes my day. But... why is he so much smaller than, say, Cybertron Leader Prime? Are Megs and Brawl both so much smaller?

I have 2 of the 3 leader Primes, and outside of NightWatches feet being alittle unstable, I have no issues with this figure.

Could he be better, yeah, they all could be, but overall, it's a sturdy durable mode that is(or at least was at one point) a challange to change.

Again, I don't have Premium yet, I'm gonna get him Friday though assuming he isn't sold out, and I hope your back end issues is due to something your missing, and not a drop in QC.

Like I said, he's a great figure to transform. Detailed, intricate, and so far sturdy. I'd rather have something that I an be challenged by in the way of a Leader Class figure, then say the AEC Primes that where a couple quick flips, and then some add ons.

I just realized I have had Premium Leader Prime for a month and have not even transformed it yet. Looks good in bot mode though

Any help / advice with the floppy vehicle mode back end?

If you could give a pick maybe, but that hitch has alot of parts, could be lots of things.

And hey LoR, that was envy, not a dig! Right after I posted it, it hit me that it seemed condesending, sorry man.

From memory, after you snap the two halves together (peg about level with the rear axle), there should be a couple of small tabs that fit into indents on top of the lower part of his arms, which fold down.

I'm considering picking up Premium Prime as I have not bought any of the Leader Class figures so far. My WalMart only has one Premium Prime on the shelf right now, and his paint apps are okay, but three glitches that caught my eye, so I passed on him. I may pick him up if I find him at TRU or Target with better paint apps.

My Prime is as solid as anything.

Mine too, although the rear set of wheels don't quite touch the floor on a smooth hard surface.

I wasn't folding down the bits that form the underside of his forearms when I rotated his shoulders back.

Fits nice and snug, now.

Plastic wheels never all touch the floor on a hard smooth surface. There's always at least one that's off.

If so, I'd recommend getting Premium Megatron, and a Nightwatch Prime.

But I still thought Premium Megs was still better than the Prime.

Prime's kinda tempting but I just can't justify paying another $40 for a sword that's the wrong color, less detail on the bot mode than before and and jazz bunny ears.

It's currently my only version of the mode, and I like the new head. As for "sword the wrong color", who cares? And where is there less detail?

His legs are too short, his backpack it too big and he's rather kibblie... but I like him.

I wish they'd done a white Magnus version.
