If it makes him feel any better, his Henkei replacement has still not arrived yet. My Starscream collection is currently incomplete, there is a void where the Classics one used to be.
If rubbing alcohol doesn't work you could try lighter fluid, that's what I used to clean up my G1 Jetfire before I put the Reprolabels on, and I noticed it was going to remove paint if I wasn't too careful. So yeah, that works too. At your own risk of course!
