I can't transform him out of Entry mode!

I can't swing the shoulders forward. They get to the point where the head pops out, then they stop. I think the head is stuck or something. It's not turned or anything either.

I need help!

My starscream was realy stiff. I put my thumbs on his turbines and pulled until the sholders made a poping noise. when it poped the back of the head came up flush with his back. I thought I may have broken him, but there are no sighns of damage and now it transforms properly.

up until now, it's been transforming fine, that's why I'm concerned... heh
