You links are totally messed up. Try removing the html <a href> tags and they should linkify themselves.
Anyway, thankx for the heads up.

I changed his links to BB Code and updated the HTML in the news story itself as well. Hope you guys are enjoying the galleries.

A little disappointing. I like the toy ... it just isn't awesome like Sunstreaker. I imagine Tankor won't be as popular as the other toys in this lineup. I have a lot of personal issues with the toy from the arm length, to the extremely long weapon, to the head mold not being that great, to neither of the alt modes being anything special.
Of course, considering the original figure, the new Tankor is better in robot mode though I prefer the alt modes of the original ... though that toy also had a variety of issues as well (crappy legs, not so great head mold, arm kibble in vehicle modes, etc).
Henkei Astrotrain benefited greatly from the new paint job. I'd love to see Blitzwing done in this style at some point in the Universe line. Hope he's on the radar.

Looking through the Tankor gallery, I kinda find him to be aesthetically boring, in all modes. Looks to be my least favorite of the line so far. I'll still get the guy, just to complete the line, but he'll be in the back end of the display shelf.
Now, here's hoping that when Blitzwing gets a release for Universe, that his designs will be superior.

That doesn’t sound too good. I’ll probably get him anyway since Universe seems to still lack Decepticons, but he’ll definitely be lower priority.
I guess he’d still be worth ten dollars though?

I really like Astrotrain Tankor is kinda iffy. He don't seem very poseable, his hands look kinda weird and that tanker mode is just plain lazy and seems tacked on.

Sweet, sweet galleries! I'm definitely looking forward to Tankor (need G1 Octane too), and I've got a Henkei Astrotrain coming in the mail sometime soon.
I may have to wait for Takara to announce their versions to see which one I'll get.

Thank You Ryan for answering the questions concerning Octain's(tankor) hands.
The answer to if he has them or not is "Sorta"

I think Henkei Astrotrain is pretty sweet.
Even though Tankor doesn't seem that impressive, I'm definitely getting him.
In fact, now that I won't have to get these classic figures on ebay, there's a good chance I'll get 2 of each.
And I definitely agree that a new Blitzwing would be more than welcomed in the Universe line.
More Decepticons, please!!!!

A warrior BlitzWing as apose to Colonel Klink!
I'd take that in a heartbeat. BlitzWing is one of my all time favorite characters.

I like Overcharge. The diaclone colors are interesting and I like the background story.

Yes, he has hands but they're not the new cool kind of hands that are detailed on figures like Sunstreaker or Masterpiece Prime.

I realized after just looking at Tankor's pictures that I didn't really pose him that much. Blah. I took so many photos but hardly any of him posted. Ah well.

Still did better than any of us did!
Does he have a good range of movement though? I can live with something like short arms or a sheilded fist like he has, but if the movement sucks thats an issue.
It won't stop me from spending $10, but it's still an issue.

I just want to say that my Henkei Astrotrain came in yesterday, and man is it a sharp looking toy. The colors are so much better than the Hasbro version which I also like quite a bit, but this one is vastly superior. Even makes the train mode look not quite as awkward or tacked on.
Overcharge is also one of my favorite eHobby figures, and I was stunned to realize he didn't have a gallery until now. I thought there was one already. Better late than never nonetheless.

Am I the only one who doesn't mind, and even likes Astrotain's train mode?
I know it has the gap in the middle, but I just look at it like an engeine with a car.

Tankor was fairly poseable. His upper arms are a little different but you all should be able to get some decent poses out of him.

Good to see Overcharge get some love, I got him when reissue Blitzwing prices went insane, I really like that metallic blue paint on his head and windows.
And giving him multiple faction symbols was brilliant, Mine's a Quint Terrordrone.
Encore Blitzwing & Octane reissues would be most welcome.
