The first time I heard it on Friday the 13, I thought Optimus' voie sounded like the G2 Optimus "I AM OPTIMUS PRIME!" soundbox.
Second, earlier today I finally realized what movie Starscream reminded me of:

I noticed this as well. It amused me, as that soundbox used to be a reliable way to make my older sister crack up on car trips.

YEahm I figured... But the pit droids IIRC had sort of a mushroom-like top of the head, making them look like a robotic Toad. (the Mario one, not the X-Men one).

The robots in Kappa Mikey are cyclops-type and thin too, and I REALLY wish I could find a picture, since they're really very Swindle-y.

EDIT: Moving on, Bonecrusher's arms make me think Alpha Q for some reason.
