Botcon.com has been updated with the first images of Botcon Exclusive Box Set member Dirge!

It is apparent that Dirge is just a repaint of the Ramjet mold. There is no remolding for the extra wings that the original G1 Dirge had.

Silly Botcon, his wing tips are pointing down instead of up. You'd think they would have sprung for at least that tiny remold.

Looks good even w/out being remolded. Tempts me to go out and buy another Ramjet.

But I should focus on finding a spare Starscream first.

Looks fine to me. I'll be a little bummed if Thrust is just a repaint since his wings were the greatest departure from the other Seekers but I imagine just a maroon/dark red and black version of this mold would work for me as well. Can't wait to see the rest. Dirge looks awesome!

Looks good, I kind of figured that he would probably be a repaint of Ramjet. The only one I am really concerned with is Thrust. I hope he keeps his unique wings but I figure they'll probably go for the lazy repaint. Thrust was the one really unique seeker out of the bunch, more so than Dirge or Ramjet in my opinion.

I can foresee people possibly cutting off the tips of his wings that are bent and gluing them to the front part that bends up behind his back.

The face should have been the same color as that of Ramjet and the blue is a bit odd, but it's still a worthy recolor.

For some reason, I can see Thrust being Ramjet's head and Starscream's wings... Not sure who'd get Starscream's head and Ramjet's wings if that's the case, probably some "surprise" figure for attendees only.

Anyhow, no real surprises here.

For those of us who are considering kitbashing a couple of Ramjets, what would you recommend we use for Thrust and Dirge's wings?

I so would have bought that had it been released in stores.

I thought I'd be like "wow, kick ass"! But instead I feel more like....damn thats dumb.

He looks decidedly evil with that gloss black face and the slitted yellow eyes. Nice work, Botcon chaps. Almost makes me regret that I'm passing both the toy sets I've ordered onto other folk who can't go. Almost.

I saw this the other day ... oh yeah, it was a fan kitbash which aside from some minor detailing was exactly spot-on.

not a bad looking exclusive. Bring on the $70 price tag gor members and $87 for non memebrs
